If you don't mind 2 quick questions:
1. DH is a big peruser of TripAdvisor and said some of the pics he's seen posted of a Standard TPV are where it appears as if the person has to lean into/over the balcony railing and turn right/left to see the Castle. Is that the case with most TPV rooms??
2. Is there any kiosk or CS place anywhere in the hotel where he'll be able to get a fresh made-to-order burger/chicken fingers/fries type food? He's ultra picky and everything has to be plain-nothing on it.
TIA!! =)
Awesome job on the new thread!! We've been going to BLT since it opened and this year will be the first time we stay in a 1 br, love all the pics!!!

Yes, you can rent for a full day or half-day, but I don't have 2013 pricing information so that's why I didn't put it on the first page. I believe this info. is from 2010 and for the Poly, but I think Poly and CR prices would be the same:Can anyone tell me what the price is to rent a cabana by the pool? Do they do full day and half day rentals? What are the hours?
Thanks!
You're welcome, magrudersmakes3 and you have some great tickers there.Thank you for all the inormation that you post. I get more excited for our trip every day!!
So glad you love it, DT83097. Sounds like this will be your first BLT stay, but it might not be your lastLoving the new thread - thanks for all the great info. 38 days until we check in at BLT (studio TPV) and get to see it all in person!!
The Outer Rim bar is open until 10 - more details are on the first page under DINING. I can't answer your beer cost question, but maybe someone else can.In an effort to save DH another hour or so at searching, what is the latest bar that would be open in the Contemporary (or even BLT, that a Contemporary guest can stop by) for a beer/mixed drink. Also how much would a 6 or 12 pack of beer cost at the Contemporary vs. ordering it from Garden Grocer.
TIA again!!

I tried to increase the size of the beer photo I have posted in the Fantasia Market section of the first page and I think the 6-pack of beer is either $13 or $15. I know that Garden Grocer has a minimum $40 purchase requirement and also a $12 delivery fee, plus optional tip.Thank you!! He was hoping to find a midnite+ bar to go to after we're all asleep.
You're welcomeYou are awesome, thank you!! I didn't know about the minimum part. Pretty sure (or hoping) he doesn't want to buy $40 worth of beer. LOL

$40 for beer doesn't go that far at WDW. Have you considered Club Level? Unlimited adult beverages are included and can be stored in your room fridge - just sayin'

Why thank you, Amanda. CR really does have a fascinating history and has really evolved throughout the years. Those "southwestern-themed" years weren't its best, but they really made up for that with the last full rehab. I love the soft, Asian-inspired decor. I am a bit worried about the current soft rehab. Hope it's tasteful and seamless. Maybe babyberger will get the elusive photos for us next month - no pressure
I'm also thinking of booking the Pirates and Pals fireworks voyage (or whatever it's called ) for our Dec. trip. Anyone ever done this before?
