Brooke/Katie/Bill: "We have a strong, stubborn and independent alpha male with two women in his life. Brooke is a woman who loves him for who he is and that's what she feels a woman should do appreciate his masculinity. She's more of a live-and-let-live type of person. Katie is more intelligently-driven as opposed to emotionally-driven and she thinks her role as a wife is to help make Bill the man he could be and to reach his fullest potential. Will Bill appreciate the challenges that Katie presents or will he be more drawn to the adoring comfort that Brooke provides?"
Taylor/Brooke: "They've had men who they've fought over before but now they have children who they're fighting over. Brooke feels that she and her offspring should be in control of Forrester Creations and that Hope has every right to Liam. Taylor feels the opposite way. Taylor and her family have been trampled on over the years. The ultimate insult to Taylor is that Stephanie died in Brooke's arms. She finds that very offensive, so she's going to fight and emerge as a powerhouse in 2013."
Eric/Pam: "It's a new chapter for John McCook and Eric Forrester."
Rick/Thomas/Caroline: "This conflict will be centered on the uprising [at Forrester Creations]. There are going to be peaks and valleys. Thomas and Rick are very opposite in their styles and their beliefs and how they see the company moving forward. There are going to be quite a few rounds in this boxing match. Caroline is caught right in the middle."
Hope/Liam/Steffy: "There will be a few bombs, a few twists. This is Hope's return. Now we're in a position where Steffy and Liam are tight in a great, easy and relaxed relationship. They get each other. But Hope is determined to win this battle and win Liam back. With Brooke's support, these two blondes become very formidable. Steffy doesn't roll over easily so it's going to be a battle royale."
