I had to call them yesterday to reset my password and I've spent a good part of my morning today on the phone with them because apparently when they reset the password they did it as a new account and "de-activated" (CM's word) my hotel, dining, fast passes, magic bands...so NOTHING was showing up in MDE. I was told they should have it all fixed within 72 hours.
This happened to me over the weekend and now I'm terrified to try again.
I cannot afford to lose everything on MDE. I have all of my own families reservations as well as those of my "friends".
When u go in the app and u go under reservations it shows ur room reservation and park tickets and fast passes and ADR's. The room reservation has the number next to it? Mine does at least.

go into "My Reservations" on MDE. Hover your mouse (don't click on) over the make a payment link. On the little bar on you computer down the bottom will be a url - the 12 digit # toward the end is your reservation # with no letters.
I have mine but BOG site says my res # and name don't match . Trying periodically but hoping it just means I have to wait until 60 days out. Can't seem to find any fix for this.
Just letting y'all know that since I tried to book this, it messed my password up for MDE. I'm on the phone now trying to get this resolved.
Would you let us know the outcome with technical support? I'm not sure I understand how booking the BOG FP could mess up your MDE password, but it sounds scary.

I did online checkin this morning and wrote down the 12 digit reservation number that I saw in the URL when I hovered over....
But when I log into the BOG website, I get the error "Thank you for participating. Please try again later. If you continue to encounter this message, you can seek further assistance at the Lobby Concierge desk at your Walt Disney World resort or upon arrival at the Be Our Guest restaurant."
So I tried using another WDW account email and password that I have that was NOT used to make our reservations, put in the same reservation number, and it works!
So weird how it won't work using the MDE email address and password.
to try with her MDE account? She is on the ressie. I don't have another account myself.
I made a BOG ressie but it did not give me a reservation # and it doesn't show up on MDE. Any ideas??
