QOTD -- Do you have mini-goals to help you meet you big goals for this challenge? I have two main mini-goals. The first is that I must work out a minimum of 30 minutes a day. I would like to get up to 45 minutes or an hour but 30 minutes is a good start. I will continue to add shred days to help reach that goal. My second goal, is to lose at least 2 pounds a week. I will do that by concentrating on eating fruits and vegetables and water, water, water! Have a great day, losers!
