Lomillerin - we have stayed in Boca Chica Lagoon view and loved it. Could watch the boat parade from our room which was great when our kids were little. They could be in their pj's as the boats went by. Was close to one of the pools as well.

Past the 60 day mark now, less than two months till my first stay at the GF.
Have a question about the path to the Polynesian. I like to go for a walk with a coffee early in the morning, just curious cause of the wall/fence going up around the lake, the path is still open right?

Are the boat horns loud in the mornings?

I never found the boats to be loud.

What category room did you book? When we stay Garden View we request Sago and have always gotten a beautiful view of the marina. For Lagoon View we've gotten Big Pine Key and a view of the Poly two times, last February we had Lagoon View but got Pixie dusted and had full on theme park view, not lean around the corner theme park view, but open the drapes and Cindy's is right in front of you and contemporary and space mountain are to the right.

My new garden view request will be Big Pine. Our room faced pool and could watch Wishes from Balcony. It was an amazing view.

So tonight I noticed from the end of the building (BPK) you can see the EWP, you can see it through the trees from our balcony looking right, but a much better view if you walk down the path to the end of the building, that was pretty cool. Then back in our room tonight we saw some of the higher fireworks from MK.

We have recieved turndown service every night so far (but not the GF specific chocolates, haven't seen those yet) also have recieved the foot cream every day (first day there were two in our bathroom, today there was one).

We were in 9408, had great view of Wishes, loved watching from our balcony. We also watched it swimming in Courtyard Pool. That was fun. I wish they piped in the music.

It's been a few days since we've had foot cream, so we asked our concierge (we are CL in SL) and received four bottles on our bed just a moment later.
Housekeeping seems to be hit or miss when it comes to that cream, although we noticed it is usually one day every two days, it's nice to know that you can request for more.

We had it most days, we were there 2 weeks, just got home Saturday loved the foot cream, always kept a tube in night stand to put on before bed. So nice for tired sore feet.

Last night was the first night we got the GF wrapped chocolates at turndown, we have two rooms and the other room got regular chocolates, that's so odd! I don't mind one way or the other, because chocolates are piling up in our room, but I saw something new on the pillows last night so we will see what today brings.

Good Morning. Coming up on our first stay at GF and we're going big with RPC! Our window has opened for online check in and I'm really unsure if I should do it or not. This trip is just my husband & I celebrating my 30th and we really want it to feel special. I'm afraid if we do online check in we'll miss out on the whole pampered feel of RPC, but reading reviews lately it seems check in for CL is not what it used to be. We went with CL to make this trip feel out of the ordinary. We're even skipping ME and taking a car service to make it feel out of the ordinary. Has anyone had a nice CL check in experience lately? If I'm going to end up just going to the normal front desk and the elevator just pointed out to us, then I guess we'd just do online check in. I know no one can say for sure, just looking for some input.

Also, we are in a standard queen RPC room. We went with that one to ensure we had a balcony. Back when I first booked I had seen a room tour on youtube by a younger, brunette, quirky girl with a balcony that I loved! I can't seem to find it now. Anyone know the video I'm talking about by chance? She was traveling with another guy or maybe two. She did a room tour & then a tour of RPC. They were in an awesome room with a big balcony overlooking the beach pool, poly, lake and a bit of the monorail. We would LOVE a room like that.

Because you're staying CL, even if you do OCI, you still have to be escorted up to CL because your MBs won't work in the elevator. Even if they did work and even if you got your room number texted to you, you can still "check-in" the old fashioned way even after doing OCI. Some resorts no longer have "Club Level Runners," and some resorts do. Sometimes they're busy and can't escort you and you'll have to stop at the front desk and tell them you've arrived for your RPC stay and you'd like to check-in upstairs and someone should then escort you. That's going to be my approach when I'm there next month.

4323 is a standard room. Has a slightly different configuration as the entry is a hall with the desk placed at the very front when you walk in. If it is the view you want just request an atrium side or beach pool side room.

Does every category of room get the foot cream- or only club level and suites? My last 2 stays were in RPC but I check in this afternoon for a conference in a standard room. My feet are killing me already from yesterday's Epcot & Hollywood Studios exploring.

We got the turn down service every night and the nice foot cream and we were not club level. We were in Conch Key, loved the foot cream and we also got the GF specific chocolates, saved those as a keepsake.

It may not be prudent, but we couldn't help ourselves ... We have booked a cabana for early December!

We missed out on a cabana day due to illness during our last stay. So, our fingers and toes are crossed for good weather and good health this time.

To top off our naughty behaviour, we even made a second Narcoossee's ADR. You can't get much naughtier than that, can you?!
