On AirTran the first 3 rows are business class seats.

That is incorrect, the EMBRAER 190 have a seating configeration of 2 and 2.

Excellent advice. My sister also has nut allergies and I agree with you that Southwest does a great job in minimizing exposure. She also tries to get the first flight of the day. Kind of off topic but Disney was great with product information on nuts or traces in food.
