Holiday Inn Across from Universal - we've stayed there in the past and are staying there again on our upcoming trip this month. It's a basic hotel (no frills) with good pricing and within walking distance to Universal.

I checked Alamo this morning and our rates went down $20! Pick up Aug 31 7pm MCO and drop off Sept 3 7pm Dolphin hotel for $65 midsize car. Previously it was $88. It pays to check every day, sometimes multiple times a day! :banana:
