We like Garden Grill and Mama Melrose, we have gotten good food at both places. GG is fascinating for kids because it rotates and it has characters. It would be nice to have reserved seating for Fantasmic so you don't have to sit there for 90 minutes. Never done the Safari Lunch.

My kids loved the wall of aquarium in Coral Reef. If there is a birthday, you can arrange (for no charge) a diver to come to the glass and hold up a happy birthday sign and throw "confetti". The also will print a custom birthday menu with the child's name on it, again for no charge.
