For me it's between DHS and AK. There is enough there for me to a half day at either, but I prefer several of the attractions (DINOSAUR and the Safari) and the shows (Lion King and Nemo) at AK to the attractions and shows at DHS. Also gotta love Flame Tree BBQ!

Exactly. We've done single rider and are perfectly willing to split up. For example, on Test Track we sometimes are in different rows of the same car and sometimes in separate cars. No big deal and we don't make any requests or fuss to the CM either way.

Research is good and having a plan is good. You don't need to rush all day, but you should hustle in the morning if you want to do the major rides without waiting in line for hours. It's not too hard to roll your own plan, just know which rides build up lines and do those in the morning when it...

The thing I did in planning that ended up helping me the most IMO was knowing which rides build the biggest lines in the meat of the day and arriving pre rope drop. Have to agree on Kali. Nice ride, but expected more and was left wondering why it gets long lines. Had the same reaction to Test Track to be honest.

I hit rope drop every day on a trip in April and did see some jogging from just a handful of people, but can't recall any pushing. I was near the front of the herd every day and would walk briskly. Could be worse at more crowded times I'm sure.

I have tap water with nearly every meal and get the free ice water from CS spots during the day rather than buy a bottle. Also go cheapish on breakfast usually, but $0.69 has me beat!
