While I love the idea, I'm not in the 'don't tell 'em 'til we leave' camp, as I like to keep the excitement going for a long time, with viewing the DCL DVD, grabbing some Disney pins on Ebay, to talking about what we'll be doing on the cruise, for port excursions, eating for dinner, shows, etc...
