I clicked other dates on UT and saw the banner saying how much $ I'd save. But the night we are going (12/21st) it does not have that banner. So, it actually costs more through UT for our date - which surprised me.

I saw your post and was kicking myself for not thinking of this. I bought my park tickets from them, but never thought of going to them for the MVMCP tickets. However, when I just went and priced for my party of 5 - UT is actually more expensive for my date. Not by much ($30) but still. ...

Mine showed up as $13,000. It was because the cart still had a trip I was working on in it. Once I deleted that - the right price showed up.

Just want to make sure I'm following. I've bought tickets to MVMCP before, but I don't remember them going right away so never worried about timing. But, if they drop at midnight - it would basically be 12:01 am on June 29th?

I certainly don't KNOW for sure. But I would go for the $179. As last year 11/20th was on a Sunday, and you are going on 11/19th - which is Sunday also. Just a guess based on the date/day of the week - again, no real insight.

We are booked at Kidani. Rented DVC points. We will be at WDW from 12/17th - 12/22nd, then moving over to Universal. I am so excited. Although our bdays are not in December - we are going to celebrate my twins turning 20 this year, and me turning 60 (ouch).

The only other line I personally have been on is NCL. I do like them. They have great shows, and no formal night. Depending on where you are going, not having the formal night is nice for packing. We sailed to Alaska with them twice, Caribbean twice, and around Hawaii once. All good...

The one I"m looking at is not Disney - some of the other cruise lines have their later itineraries posted already. This particular cruise line has a ship in Galveston year round, so it is an easy port for me to just drive to. I haven't booked it yet, but did do a trip plan/budget for it. :)
