Pixiewings, Thanks for your ideas! I have to keep my peanut butter to a minimum as well because number one its a nut and the grease/oil content. I'm going to look into rice crackers too. Thanks its so hard on a limited diet.:eek: But you know it is keeping me thinking and looking into...
