You might also want to try calling up Disney Dining instead of looking on-line. For my upcoming trip, a party of four became a party of six and I had to update all of my ADRs. There were several that I could not update on-line, but when I called, I was able to change the ADRs with no problem...

I have an ADR for 4 people at O'hana for dinner in August. We now have 2 additional family members coming on the trip. I can't get an ADR on-line for 6 people. What are the chances O'hanas will accomodate our larger party if we just show up for the reservation with 6 people??

Just booked a breakfast for 8/5...in fact there was at least one breakfast slot open for the entire first week in August.
