There is a natural good store Down to Earth in Kapolei, I think in the Target shopping center. It is vegan, we did find most of what my daughter needed (she's gluten intolerant). It was pricey, but it may have what you need and it's close to Aulani. Otherwise, Whole Foods is in Kahala...

Another vote for Wine Country Trattoria. We enjoy sitting on the patio. Carthay Circle was good but we prefer to pay a little bit more and go to Napa Rose.

The Double Chocolate Bread Pudding from Ralph Brennan's Jazz Kitchen in DTD to die for. Takes 25 minutes to make, but well worth the wait.
