    Disneyland Express, enough time?

Nah, not worth it, especially with a toddler who will need to nap Saturday afternoon. My husband and I talked and decided to just use a car service. It's $100 more, but eh, missing our flight would be worse :D I probably saved more than that by flying out early anyway.

    Disneyland Express, enough time?

Oh yikes, so it's like Newark :D Actually TSA's been pretty good lately at Newark, I shouldn't complain. We're flying Alaska but it says to check in with Virgin America

    Disneyland Express, enough time?

I'd prefer to take the Disneyland Express since we have a toddler and don't want to deal with a car seat, but our flight back on Sunday is at 8:35am. They have a 5:50 bus that arrives at 7, which I would think is enough time, but I'm not familiar with Disneyland Express nor LAX.

    California Grill with Baby

We ate there around 5pm our last trip with two two year olds and the place was pretty empty at that time and mostly it was families there anyway. You'll be fine.

First DL trip, where to stay?

the best western starts at $170 a night where as PP starts at $300 which is a pretty big difference. we definitely want to be within walking distance, we enjoy walking. Anything that's within Boardwalk-Hollywood studios walking distance is perfectly reasonable even for a midday snooze. I should...

First DL trip, where to stay?

I've been to WDW 20 times, but this Oct/Nov will be our first trip to DL. Originally, we were going to stay at the best western across the street as one of my friends suggested it, but we've been thinking of staying at PP. The extra hour in the mornings is kinda a big deal since we have a...

To cloth or not to cloth

I didn't even consider for a minute using our CD for our upcoming trip, ha ha. I feel like we would need a bag just for diapers. I can't stand washing clothes down there, I can't imagine trying to do diapers. Kudos to those who have done it!

So how do I do this with a kid?

oh wow, I thoroughly enjoyed reading about everyone's experience with their little ones! such good advice! Relieved to know that stroller naps may be a thing. I know when I was a kid, I really liked that garden maze they had in Mickey's star land. My parents said I spent hours there, ha ha. We...

So how do I do this with a kid?

I haven't been on the boards in a looooooong time because I got tired of reading the same posts over and over about magic bands, ha ha. I'm back because we're finally planning trip #20! But we have a kid now! :O He'll be 2 when we go next November. I had the whole planning thing down to a...

Do you wait in line for characters??

On our first trip together, my husband and I decided to make it our goal to get as many pictures with as many different characters as possible. It's our favorite thing to do in Disney now. Nothing better than seeing a rare character you never thought you'd get a picture with :D we get crazy...

Anyone there now? How are the crowds?

It hasn't been bad at all, except Tuesday, I'd think the entire population of Louisiana was at AK, but otherwise it hasn't been bad. I think it's supposed to get bad though

Step away from the ledge: An optimists view on FastPass+

I agree. For us, there have been more positives than negatives. I can just tell my parents where to be and when, it's so easy for them. They went on TSM for the first time on this trip, and well, their opinion was: people wait two hours for that? But at least they got to try it. Yes, the system...

Elsa and Anna meet & greet: how long did you wait in line?

I was surprised too, especially because the park wasn't that crowded. That's the longest the line got all day though.

Elsa and Anna meet & greet: how long did you wait in line?

Just wrote a whole thread about our experience, but saw this, so I'll paste here too: At the world right now. Went to Epcot this morning. Got to the international gateway ex trance at 8:20, they didn't start bag check until about 8:55. I'm not sure what time we actually made it into the park...

Our Anna and Elsa rope drop experience

At the world right now. Went to Epcot this morning. Got to the international gateway ex trance at 8:20, they didn't start bag check until about 8:55. I'm not sure what time we actually made it into the park, probably about 9:00. We got over to Norway as fast as we could. If I weren't pregnant...

If you had to choose which way would you have spent the billion dollars?

Yes. It's all about the data and marketing. Big data, gets shoved in my face on a daily basis.
