2015 FREE DINING THREAD _ All Questions HERE!!

I booked at 6am - 9/11-9/20 POR for 5 pool view.
We were booked under military discount so I didn't have an option for modify, so I just booked a new one and cancelled the old one.:flower1:

When I first tried on my mobile it would say there was availability, then as I chose a room it would say no availability, so I tried my PC and it worked pixiedust:

Glad I'm not the only one - must be a glitch then. I double checked Disney's website and it says Coronado regular and my MDE is down but it originally had it correct.
 
We are BOOKED! *PHEW* I tried calling at 7am - first the line picked up then it was silence for awhile so I hung up. Called back and got a busy signal. Called back twice after and both times got a technical difficulties message (probably from all of us calling:rotfl:).

Then I read on the previous free dining thread that people were able to book online since there was no Visa offer. Went on and already all the Pop, CBR and CSR standard rooms were gone for my dates (Sept 25-Oct 3). Hmm... I was bummed. I even tried switching our dates to the following week (Oct 2-Oct 10) and still no standards at Pop, CBR or CSR.

I saw All-Star Sports available for a standard. I never had a desire to stay at the All-Stars but it was so much cheaper. We upgraded to the regular dining plan for somewhere around $300 for both of us. We also opted for the Water Parks & More option instead of the Park Hopper.

So we are officially booked at All-Star Sports September 25-Oct 3:banana::cheer2::cool1:! Total cost: $2,108. These threads were so helpful - thank you to everyone!

This wasn't true for us. We were able to get free dining past the ending date (many people have reported they're able to too). If it's listed under your MDE, you have it for your whole stay.
 


Is anyone else having a problem bring it up on mde
It's saying it can't find the reservation at this time
I was going back in to review and got this message

Is it just for high volume?? Or should I be worried...

Going to look at the bright side and I will keep 2 of my ADRs and pay out of pocket for them. I'll still have over $500 left in my pocket at the end of the day. i called to try and get FD added to my already existing CBR reservations and they said i would have to take a more expensive pirate room.

It's always glitchy like that. We have 2 adults and MDE always says for a paid dining for spring we chose adult- table service - child- table service. It's a known issue I found but does not affect what you actually have.

Help. Anyone know if there is a cancelation fee is I book today and pay $200 and then cancel if my agent is able to change my current reservation

It could be that the room type isn't available for the promotion that entire time. I'm booked at ASSp from October 31 to November 8 and I had no problems applying the free dining and all of those days are blocked with the exception of my start date.
I think it is just very limited this time on availability

MDE crashed about 10 minutes ago. Everyone's is saying that now.
 
I modified online and got my email confirmation. Should I be concerned that my MDE says it cant find my reservation yet?
