No Trips in 2015 turns into 3 Trips in 2015--Update 4/24/15 -- Page 31

OK, Kathy, I finally took the plunge and started my first report(s)! I know you are a busy lady, but I told you I would let you know when I started it. It's in the PTR forum.

Wellllllll, you know me too well Kathy....my "do whatever" days usually turn into days that we have breakfast at Crystal Palace, schedule three FP attractions and then "do whatever". :teeth::teeth:

That's why I said it. :rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2:
Sounds like my kind of day. :rotfl2:

Kathy, I am all caught up. Your day sounds like another great one. Can't wait for the trip report!!!

Thanks, Karin.

Gosh darn it, my alerts are all wonky and I now see that I'd missed several updates! :sad2: I'd heard on other TRs about your plans to meet up with Danielle and her parents so I was anxious to see an update and lo and behold! You already had one! Sounds like you all had a wonderful time! :goodvibes And I'm also so happy to see you had a good visit with your family. :goodvibes

No worries...I've been behind too (although I think I'm caught up everywhere now). We had a great time with Danielle and family...awesome people.

Your Epcot plans look great! :thumbsup2 And that dessert... :cloud9:

I LOVE that dessert...it is heavenly. :worship:

I'm looking forward to reading how this goes. We really liked Kouzzina but will keep an open mind about Trattoria.

I like to at least try it myself. So many of us have different tastes. People rave about WCC and Ohana...we hated both of them.

Something else you might want to look into at BW near the quiet pool at the Community Hall is the afternoon marshmallow roast. No cost, no reservations, don't bring anything...just show up and eat as many as you can! It's a nice break if you don't have plans.

Thanks...I'll remember that...especially for October. Mark loves a good marshmallow roast.

Love the name.... We have a Rose too- Juliana Rose!

I don't think I ever knew that was Juliana's name.

Glad it went well. Life is too short for family drama.

Yes, life is too short Tim.

Great pic!

Thanks.

Adorable!!!!!!

Awww...thanks, Tim. I didn't know you found me adorable.

Looks like a fun time had by all!

We had a great time all day and night.

Hello! I'd love to join you on this PTR! Going from 0 to 3 trips in one year sounds like a fabulous idea to me! love all of the plans you have so far!

:welcome: thank you so much for joining; I'm delighted to have you here. I'm kind of excited about the 0 to 3 myself. :)

Day 4 plans sound great! I think we'll be in Epcot that morning too, I can't remember without looking at my schedule!

We will have to check each others final plans.

Yum, I love that dessert at Coral Reef! :thumbsup2

Isn't it awesome? I could go for some right now.

All caught up!

:yay: I'm glad you are back and caught up.

Very belated happy birthday to Andy.

Thanks; I'll tell him tomorrow night. We are taking him out (and Des and his Godmother and her husband will be joining us) for his birthday dinner.

Glad to hear things are better with your brother. Family issues are tough. Your great niece is a doll!

I have a sign that says you can pick your friends, but you can't pick your family. It is soooooo true. I also have one that says: Friends Welcome; Family by Appointment Only.

Always good to see Popadon and that's a really nice picture of you and Danielle.

Popadon is a DIS Icon. We need a Popadon smilie.

The plans sound great so far. We've never eaten at Coral Reef because we like the restaurants in World Showcase. Got to try it one of these times.

We really enjoy Coral Reef and the atmosphere. I wanted to get it in this trip since I know with Food & Wine in October we probably won't make any ADR's at Epcot.

Looking forward to reading more!

Thanks.

I saw that and I have subscribed. I am so happy that you are doing one. Thanks for the bat signal.

I haven't been to Coral Reef in a loooong time! We really did have a good time when we did visit and I think DS would enjoy watching the fish swim by while eating.

And an adult beverage by the pool is a must!

Of course I do... :p

I don't think that is a nice smilie. :(

I bet that would keep DS occupied for quite a while.

Absolutely. I don't drink much at home. I'll have an occasional drink at dinner when we go out, but when I'm in Florida...it's a constant in my life. :rotfl2:

Boo! So I saw talk on Coral Reef up there, and was wondering folks take on it. It's been on my "Maybe List" for a while now, so am interested in the scuttlebutt... I'll have to check this out later this weekend.

I can't help ya there missy... we've never eaten there but I hear mostly good things.

Hey Kathy, I'm here :wave2: I loved your last TR and I'm glad I found your PTR too!

Ashley it is so good to see you. I've missed you around here. Thank you for joining.
Yea but I know which letter you wanted to press next. It's between the T and the U. :badpc:

Very clever, Timothy!

Liesa, I've eaten there several times. Is it as good as some of the restaurants in World Showcase? NO! But the atmosphere can't be beat and they have the best dessert in my opinion. And I can order off the kids menu if the adult menu doesn't appeal to me that day.

I can't help ya there missy... we've never eaten there but I hear mostly good things.

Tim, you should book it for your August trip. I think Christopher would get a huge kick out of watching all the fish swim by.

Sounds like a great EPCOT day and if not for DH's "sit down meals are too much money at Disney" we would've had Coral Reef it....we still might LOL

We ate dinner at Coral Reef this past January. My Mahi Mahi was delicious, as usual, but we were in a booth against the back wall, as far from the tank as you could get. The grandchildren couldn't really see the fish but they were hungry and more interested in eating, anyway.;)

Now that you have AP's, you should get the TIW card...saves you 20%. :)

Ooooh...maybe I'll get the Mahi Mahi. Too bad the grandchildren couldn't see, but glad they ate.
Wow... you resorted to posting the picture twice in 2 days??? :rotfl2::rotfl::lmao:

Tim started it. :rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2:

This picture just won't die

ETA: I guess I should be glad it isn't that 'other' picture. Right Andy? :cool2:

I'd be careful there, Tim. I have that OTHER picture too. :goodvibes
