I'm assuming it's a typical sweet bread. Usually heavier than a cake and more moist than a bread. I make a great (if I do say so myself) chocolate zucchini bread with white chocolate chips. Chocolate gingerbread or pumpkin is wonderful, too. Add some cream cheese and yum!!

I found this articles and it says the bakery opens at 11am Monday and the restaurant opens at 4pm same day.

The menu doesn't really do much for us at all........desserts look nice enough, but I expected more.

The dinner menu looks ok but the desserts are what is going to bring me in, however I am starting to panic a bit here. I am only going to be at Universal from Sept 30,Oct 1st and 2nd. How am I going to get to try all those delicious chocolate wonderful looking treats in that little bit of time. So many choices with so little time.

Plenty for my DH to eat on the dinner menu... but I'm really really hoping there's something on the bottom of those menus that says there's a dairy-free option for the desserts somehow... He loves dessert the most of all - I know he's an adult and he's fine with it, but I hate to take him to something so amazing but then say, sorry, you can't eat any of it.

Wonder if/when they will take reservations?

I just called to see if I could make reservations for next week when we are there and was told it is still in softs and opening daily at 4pm. No way to make a reservation while still in soft opening and they have not been given a date when they can begin accepting reservations. Guess we will just try our luck while we are there.

I think the $12/12.50 price tag on the shakes is amazing. But if you figure it's probably a full day's worth of calories, I suppose it's a good buy.
