I was paying 79 per. Which is what seller was asking. Broker said many okw were denied all on the same day.
Hoping you will be fine. Best wishes.
$113 - $11,300, 100, BLT, APR, 0/'15, 0/'16, 100/'17, - sent 8/19 (buyer will credit MF through 2017)
Anxiously awaiting to hear back about ROFR.
Since this is a stripped contract, just wondering everyone's thoughts on if this will pass ROFR. This is our first DVC purchase.
Happy for you too. Best wishes.I am certainly no expert since we just passed ROFR this week on our first contract, but they do seem more likely to take the loaded contracts from what I have been seeing over the past month of watching these threads. Good Luck! I am so happy we are through that part of the process.
They seem to like to take contracts where the seller pays the closing costs tooI am certainly no expert since we just passed ROFR this week on our first contract, but they do seem more likely to take the loaded contracts from what I have been seeing over the past month of watching these threads. I am no expert but your points will be available March 1, 2017, however you can borrow them after March 1, 2016. Use year is important for banking. I believe you need to bank points 4 months from your use year so that would be Nov. 1 for you? Many people say to choose a use year where you do not plan to go on trips the 4 months prior because if you cancel a trip 4 month before your use year, you cannot bank them. If you always plan to use your points then it may not matter. Congrats on your first contract... we are in ROFR on our first contract as well.$73-$115 OKW March 0/"15, 0/"16, 115/"17. We will pay closing cost. Just put in the bid for our first dvc purchase. If our use year is March ... does that only mean that the points are available in March? Anything else to.it? Why do some prefer different months?
That looks like a good price! We should hear on our ROFR next week for our WLV contract! our first one too!MamaCrystal---$80-$14,550-175-VWL-Apr- 0/'14, 27/'15, 175/'16 - sent 8/21
*edited so total includes closing costs
Our first contract (hopefully)!
There is a ton of info on these boards that will give you the ins and outs of owning DVC. I would definitely spend your spare time reading through! Just curious if the seller is giving you a credit on the 2016 maintenance fees since they used those points?$73-$115 OKW March 0/"15, 0/"16, 115/"17. We will pay closing cost. That's interesting, they ROFR'd a stripped contract (no '16 points).
They don't seem to be targeting BLT so much, especially not stripped- I think you'll be fineThat makes me nervous for our stripped contract at BLT. This wait is so hard and I'm only 3 days in :/
