Exactly my point. Some see it as a "loophole", but what about those that couldn't get a BOG dinner or lunch ADR, and just really want to experience EATING there, just being there, but they can't get a breakfast ADR either...if your family is taking up that spot, with no intention on using it, that's not exactly being gracious....
We went last October, made our ADR's, our FP's, and things went smoothly for the most part. We were able to see and do almost everything we wanted without having to jump through any "loop holes". Trust me, I'm not the moral posse. I was just referring to a post way back where someone had said they'll do whatever it takes to assure THEIR family has a great vacation and does not care about anyone else. That's what I think is sad. I mean, of course we all want our children to have an amazing vacation. But do we really think running in a herd of people, or skipping some of those fantastic meals just for a ride, or doing some of these other things are what makes the trip memorable for our kids? It's not.... You know what will? Just being there with you....just spending time with you, enjoying that meal, taking things slow. My 12 year old told me her best memory of our last trip was being with me, just the two of us, at
MNSSHP, in the MK at 1am. She about made me cry! I mean, seriously, out of the whole week, the FP's, the ADR's, cramming it all in, she enjoyed just spending some time with ME. It's that easy, folks! Stop hoarding the ADR's, stop rushing into the park like your life absolutely depends on being first in line for something. Talk to your kids, spend time with them, ENJOY THEM. That is all..
