'This is old news. This news was already revealed years and years ago. I don't know what the writers are thinking. Dina had an affair with Brent Davis and he was Ashley's biological dad. And Jack, Jill and a few others are already in the know about it as well. When Ashley learned about this she went off the deep end (for the first time) and had no memory of who she was. Victor found her working in a diner and brought her back to GC. So why, exactly, would the writers be dredging up this old story? Ashley really only wanted to keep it a secret from her "father", John, and he is gone now, so why does it matter?

I found this...seems not everyone knows this.....

Vicky, Billy
Vicky and Billy talk about their relationships and how they can’t talk about everything with their partners. Billy admits he screwed things up between them. She wishes she could know others the way she and Billy know each other and say he is the best friend she ever had. Billy tells her she is one of the most supportive people he has ever known. They hug and he leaves.
Chelsea, Adam
Chelsea says she feels like Adam is still with her watching. He says Adam’s spirit is here and being out in the middle of nowhere she can feel a connection which brings it close to home. Chelsea is upset that she has missed her meeting and says she does not want to talk about Adam anymore. She tells him she is very happy with Billy. She accuses him of being jealous and that is not her problem. Adam admits he is jealous. Chelsea tells him she is going to walk home and he grabs her arm and says she is not going anywhere. She tells him not to touch her as he is not her husband. He apologizes and says he needs to get his envy in check. The auto club arrives.
The Group
Kevin is trying to decrypt Austin’s computer and brings up a video of Austin talking about the Newman corruption and how he got the information from Sharon Newman. Summer is still accusing Sharon of killing Austin. Noah is upset about how hard Summer is pushing to make Sharon the killer. Noah tells her he is going to prove Sharon’s innocence. Mariah asks Summer if Austin was honest with her. Summer has a flashback to Austin asking if Nick ever used the Newman card to get out of trouble and tells Mariah and Kevin about it. Summer says Sharon put Phyllis into a coma so she is capable of anything. Kevin someone is stalking them and they need to find out who it is or they will wind up like Austin.
Nick, Sage
Nick tells Sage that she makes him smile. Nick says they have been fighting their feelings for some time and doesn’t know why. She tells him she does not want to fight anymore and they proceed to make love. Nick and Sage just finished making love, Sage hands Nick his shirt when Sharon walks in and sees them. They are still naked under the covers.
Sharon says “are you kidding me” and accuses them of acting like teenagers. Sage leaves. Nick tells her she has no business walking in like this. Sharon tells him he is has been acting so smug and self-righteous but all this time he is sleeping with a married woman. Nick tells her what he does is none of her business and he just wants to move on. He tells her they are not getting back together. Sharon says she can’t believe his ego and what he just did was tacky and tawdry. She thanks him for reminding her that this is his problem not hers and leaves.
Sharon, Dylan, NoahSharon comes to CL and tells Dylan what she has done. Sharon explains how she and Nick were fighting over Faith at the time and how she did this interview in anger. She says she said some terrible things about Nick. Dylan tells her she should tell Nick before it gets out. Sharon agrees and says she is going to go and tell Nick.
Later Noah asks Dylan what Sharon was like on the night of the storm. Dylan explains it to Noah. Noah asks if Sharon was illogical and asks if Sharon was off her meds.
She comes home and sees a card Faith made for Nick and as she tears it up as Dylan comes in right behind her to check up on her. She tells him she did not tell Nick because Nick was busy having sex with her replacement. Dylan asks her if she is okay and Sharon sees the message on the mirror written in lipstick “I know the truth and so do you”. Dylan wants to know how whoever wrote the message, got past security. Sharon asks if Dylan thinks she wrote the message.

Ben, Abby
Ben and Abby are together in her suite and Ben realizes he needs to be sober. He decides to have a shower and Abby offers to help. He said the last time he had help in the shower he cheated on Vicky. When he comes out Abby questions him. Ben tells her it was a one-time thing. Abby wants to know who the skank was and when she finds her she will rip her eyes out. Ben says no she won’t because it was her mother. Ben tells Abby she cannot tell Vicky and the reason it happened was because he thought Vicky went back to Billy.
Dylan comes to see Ben and asks for an explanation. Ben tells him it’s none of his business but Dylan says it became his business when Sharon got the same message. Dylan asks Ben why he didn’t go to the police. Abby comes out and says that if went to the police she ends up dead.
Chelsea, Adam, Sage
Chelsea comes downstairs and Sage says she heard about her ordeal with the car. Chelsea tells Sage they were in the middle of nowhere but she was okay because she married Adam on a farm and marrying him was the best day of her life. Sage says it’s strange she should say that since she is engaged to Billy. Chelsea says that Gabe saw how deep her connection was with Adam. Chelsea asks if there was someone before Gabe. Sage says yes a wonderful man and Gabe is trying to fill his shoes and is failing. Sage asks Chelsea if she is ready to move on with Billy in spite of the love she had for Adam. Chelsea admits she cannot commit completely to Billy because of her love for Adam. She admits she is not sure about her feelings for Billy.
Adam comes home and Sage tells him he made headway with Chelsea and repeats what Chelsea told her.
Nick, Adam, Avery
Nick comes into CL and Adam asks Nick if he wants to pretend that he didn’t have sex with his wife. Gabe tells Nick they need to be discrete because he is afraid of being caught by the estate manager. Adam says he just doesn’t want Sage to be hurt.
Avery arrives and tells him she needs to speak to him about the Better Days Foundation. He says he would like to contribute. Avery says it’s his foundation. He explains that he has overseen many foundations. He signs the documents and leaves.
Avery asks Nick if that was weird. Nick says that Gabe was always interested in causes and now it’s all about money.
Back at her office, Avery sees differences in Gabe’s signatures.
Sharon, Dylan, Nick
Sharon asks Dylan if he thinks she wrote the message on the mirror and does he think she is conniving or just nuts. Sharon says she is taking her meds and seeing her therapist and is a normal person. Normal people get upset when they see someone has broken into their house and find a message. Dylan hugs her and says her he believes her. Dylan asks about the night of the storm and whys she freaked out. He asks if there was something else that happened that night. Sharon tells him she was headed to a hotel and skidded off the road close to home so they walked back home. Dylan offers to stay and talk to the police. She says she will handle it. Outside of Sharon’s door Dylan sends a text.
Nick comes to see Sharon and tells her he is free to have a relationship with whomever he pleases. Sharon goes back to the mirror and says she has to get it off. Nick tells her she is acting weird. She accuses Nick of writing the message to scare her. He asks what message. He tells her it would be better if she doesn’t see Faith for a while. Sharon threatens him saying she will tell how he broke that girl’s neck if he doesn’t let her see Faith.

Kevin and Mariah are trying to piece together what happened at the cabin. Summer arrives and tells everyone that Nick is innocent. Summer is still convinced Sharon is the killer. Noah receives a text from Dylan to meet him about Sharon. After Noah leaves Kevin tells them he has decrypted Sharon’s video. On the video Sharon says Victor paid a lot of money for a cover up and it wasn’t even Victor’s crime, it was Nick’s.
Dylan meets Noah at CL and he tells Noah that Sharon is on her meds but came home to a message written on her mirror. Dylan says he is going to report it. Noah stops him and says it will be safer if the police are not involved. Noah tells him Abby and Vicky both got messages and tells him not to go to the cops and leaves.

Just in case your wondering there is NO history of Nick ever breaking a girls neck and Victor using his power and money to cover it up. Viewers NEVER saw him do anything like that. Not to mention, if Sharon knew this why in the world did she not use it to gain custody of Faith? The new writers are inserting old history that NEVER happened! But I have to admit, I'm gonna enjoy watching Sharon yank Nick from his high horse! Also, I'm looking forward to seeing the dumbfounded look on Summer's face when she realizes Sharon was trying to protect Nick's dirty little secret!

They are definitely rewriting some history again! But this could be interesting. Sharon did not kill Austin!! But I wonder who did? And just how long were they out for? Enough time for someone to get out the computer and erase data? And yet they remember some of what happened? None of this makes much sense, but it is interesting. lol And I wonder why they think that if Summer or Abby couldn't lift his body into the armoire, why in the world do they think Sharon could? She's no bigger than them!

I remember way back when a conversation about Nick doing this when he was in College or boarding school....bit it was an accident or something like that....he was like a Freshman or something in school...College....it was not done on purpose....but because he was a Newman he would have been charged and ruined his life...so it was covered up....Im going way back.....I will see if I can find that....
cant find it with a fast search...but I do remember the conversation...it was just a conversation...they did not show anything of what happened...but I do remember the talking about it.....Sharon and Nick were like sooooooo young when it came up....

Aside from sweeps week, this rewrite of history has gotten tedious and boring. I find myself fast forwarding through most of the coversations.
I can't stand to hear one more whine out of Summer's mouth. The idea of this dopey "Scooby Doo" detective gang figuring out a murder is ridiculous.

At the AC Victor asks Vicky if she is happy and that Ben is a better choice for her than Billy. Vicky knows he wants her to back him on his takeover of Jabot. Ashley comes in and gives them a sample of Hex and mentions that Victor offered to buy Jabot. Vicky is shocked. Ashley leaves and Vicky asks if it didn’t bother him that Ashley threw the Jabot success in his face. Victor tells Vicky that before long Ashley will be working for him.
In the confessional Victor tells his partner they are at a critical point in their plan and how dangerous it would be if anyone found out they knew each other.
Abby, Dylan, Ben, Ashley, Vicky
Abby tells Dylan that if they go to the police she is dead. Dylan wants answers and says he will go to Paul for answers. Abby says he can’t because they can’t know that Austin was murdered. They tell Dylan what happened. Abby says that Sharon did an interview with Austin and wants to delete that interview.
Ashley arrives and Abby greets her as the other woman. Ben leaves. Ashley says it meant nothing but Abby wonders if it did mean something to her and does not want Ashley to get hurt.
Vicky arrives looking for Ben.
Nick, Sharon, Dylan
Sharon tells Nick that she will tell everyone about how he broke Sandra Allen’s neck and altered her life, if he does not allow her to see Faith. Nick says he does not recall the incident. Sharon tells him about the night of his senior year party and how he and Sandra kept drinking. Sharon says after everyone left, she stayed because she wanted to get back with him. She says he offered Sandra money to dive off the balcony into the pool. Nick says Sandra asked him how much he would pay her to do it. After she done and did not come up, Nick dove in after her. She was revived but she wound up having countless surgeries so she could walk. Victor called someone and said no one is to know Nick made a mess. Victor told the family he would take care of them financially. Nick asks if she is blackmailing him. Sharon says if he does not let her see Faith she will make sure the story comes out.
Dylan arrives and Sharon tells him Nick has given her more time with Faith and maybe one day will allow her joint custody. Nick leaves. Dylan asks her if she threatened him with the information if he did not let her see Faith. She says she will not have Faith taken from her.
Avery, Phyllis, Jack
Avery is comparing Gabe’s signatures when Phyllis arrives. Phyllis tells her that Kelly died of an overdose. Phyllis says she and Jack have set a date and are eloping. Avery tells Phyllis that Joe is staying in town because he has a job.
Jack arrives. She asks Jack what he knows about Gabriel. Jack says he is involved in a lot of foundations. Avery tells him that Gabe’s signatures are off and even Nick said Gabe was different now.
Later Nick asks Avery to let Sharon have visitation once a week.
Adam, Chelsea, Billy
Adam picks up the engagement ring he gave to Chelsea’s which was in plain sight. Chelsea comes in and he says he was not trying to make her feel uncomfortable talking about Adam. She says he didn’t but he was right about her feelings for Adam. She thought marrying Billy would give her a sense of closure but she can’t marry Billy when she is still in love with Adam even knowing he is dead. He asks her what she has decided to do. She says she is going to tell Billy. She thinks it’s unfair to ask him to wait until she gets over her love for Adam. She leaves.
Adam tells Connor a story about himself without mentioning names but promises the story will have a happy ending. Chelsea and Billy come home and Adam explains that Connor woke up after the sitter left. Chelsea leaves with Connor. Billy tells Gabe that over time Chelsea would come to see the piece of dirt Adam was. Adam says that was harsh and leaves.
Jack comes home and tells Adam he better have a better handle on Gabriel. He tells him people are getting suspicious about Gabe.
Billy, Jack, Chelsea
Billy comes to see Jack and says he has given thought about Jack’s comment about marrying Chelsea for all the right reasons. He tells Jack he was right. Billy admits he let Gabe get to him and was rushing into marriage. Billy tells Jack that Vicky told him about Kelly’s death.
Chelsea comes in and Jack leaves. Billy and Chelsea both agree they should postpone the wedding. She tells him that Gabe said she seemed to have a lot of unresolved issues about Adam. Billy tells her he was rushing into the marriage. She tells him she loves him and they kiss.
Day Ahead

At the AC Victor asks Vicky if she is happy and that Ben is a better choice for her than Billy. Vicky knows he wants her to back him on his takeover of Jabot. Ashley comes in and gives them a sample of Hex and mentions that Victor offered to buy Jabot. Vicky is shocked. Ashley leaves and Vicky asks if it didn’t bother him that Ashley threw the Jabot success in his face. Victor tells Vicky that before long Ashley will be working for him.

Now I know why this storyline sounds so familiar! It happened on Revenge!! Daniel was involved in injuring a young woman and his family paid off her family to keep quiet!

AHHHH so my brain is not so bad after all...lol...I thought that I remembered something like this when he was in boarding school...I remembered it was an accident also that it was a short story of like in a conversation....not a story line.....and I do believe it was a conversation that Nick had with Sharon when they were really really young.....glad my mad cow disease has not progressed ..
