Am I the only one aggravated that Phyllis was acting crazy and mean, and now she's just suddenly a great (and sane) person? Inconsistent much?!

THURSDAY US SPOILER!!!
Sharon, Nick
Sharon and Nick are at CL discussing Faith the Summer situation. Nick asks Sharon if she wants to know if he has started to forgive her yet. Sharon says she does not expect him to forgive her but at least they could remain civil. She says she is starting to forgive herself.
Dylan arrives and Nick says he has been trying to call Nikki but has not had a response. He thinks it’s about her going to AA. Nick asks how things are with him and Avery and Dylan admits things are a little tense and is not sure if things are okay. Dylan opens up to Nick about Avery as Sharon eavesdrops. Nick takes a call and Sharon asks Dylan if things are alright with him and Avery. He says he shouldn’t be talking about Avery to her. Sharon tells him she is just listening as a friend. Sharon assures him that Avery will tell him what he needs to know. Dylan goes back to work.
Sharon is about to leave and bumps into Avery. Sharon says “I didn’t mean to” and Avery says “you never do” and walks past her. Avery tells Dylan her dream was about him and her. Avery says she needs to know that they are on solid ground and Dylan assures her they are.
Vicky, Ben, Ashley
Vicky comes to the lab looking for Abby. Ashley asks Vicky to leave but to empty her pockets first. As Ben checks Vicky’s coat, Ashley gets a call from Noah about Abby.
The Group at Hospital
Noah, Summer and Courtney find Abby unconscious in the park. Summer gets a message on her phone saying – shut up or you are next.
At the hospital they wonder who is doing this. The three of them were together and Mariah and Kevin are still at the cabin. Kyle arrives asking about Abby. Noah asks where has he been. Kyle tells them he caught up with Abby, they argued and she left.
They go to see Abby. Noah tells her someone was watching them. An officer arrives to take her statement and everyone leaves but Courtney.
Ashley, Ben and Vicky arrive. Abby tells Ashley she was mugged in the park. The officer thinks it’s strange the mugger didn’t take her purse. Courtney tells him the mugger probably heard them coming and ran.
Ashley comes out and asks Ben to have a look at Abby to reassure her that Abby can be released. Ben goes to check on Abby. He asks her what happened. She says she just came back from the cabin because it was the last time she saw him before he was killed. Ben says KILLED? She explains how he died in the car. Ben is suspicious about the way she said it.
Ben tells Vicky he doesn’t think Abby should be alone and she should come and stay with them and Vicky agrees.
Kyle tells everyone they all need to calm down and trust each other. They agree the person has to be outside their group. Kyle says he thinks he knows who might be behind this. He thinks the documentary/expose Austin was doing has someone worried and they may not want the information coming out.
Michael, Lauren
Lauren and Michael are at the hospital after his radiation test. Lauren tells him how much they have to be grateful for and that he will soon be cancer free.
Later at the AC Michael tells Lauren he wonders what will happen after his treatments are done. He is still worried about their sex life after the treatments. Lauren tells him she doesn’t care and there are many ways of making love. Michael goes to the men’s room. A waiter brings Lauren a drink and asks what her favorite drink is so he will know for next time. Michael returns and tells her to wait until he is gone to start accepting resumes. He accuses her of having a type – brainless bartenders. Michael says the last time he was emotionally unavailable she turned to Carmine. In anger Lauren leaves the table and when she returns she apologizes. Lauren begs him not to go to the worst case scenario and they leave.
Dylan, Avery
Dylan walks into Avery’s with the box and Avery is asleep on the couch when suddenly she wakes up from a nightmare and says No I can’t do it. Dylan asks what she dreamt about. She tells him it was about Phyllis. She says she has little time to prepare for this and feels very stressed.
Phyllis, Avery
Phyllis calls Avery to tell her she has some very strange and surprising news. Avery arrives and Phyllis tells her Kelly has confessed and she is free. Avery brought the wedding dress with her and thinks it will be perfect for Phyllis’ wedding. Phyllis asks her what makes her think there will be a wedding. She is not ready to marry just yet and suggests that Avery wear it at hers. Avery says no. Avery tells Phyllis that she and Dylan need to work a few things out. After Avery leaves Phyllis burns the wedding dress.
Day Ahead
- Ben tells Abby it is time to get the police involved

The Group
The group is at CL watching Austin’s video exposing what the Newman’s and Abbott’s did to become rich and powerful. He is going to pick up the rock and show the worms and insects squirming underneath and see the ugly truth. Summer is extremely upset. Kevin says Austin had a lot of hate. He says Austin encrypted the file he has not finished breaking into all of them.
Mariah comes in and asks Summer if she really didn’t know what Austin was like when she married him. Mariah and Summer take shots at each other about Austin. Kyle breaks them up and says they need to watch Austin’s video.
They talk about Victor possibly hiring someone to kill Austin. They try to figure out who could have killed him. Kyle tells Summer he has to go to Billy’s engagement party. Summer walks Kyle out and Kevin gets going on cracking Austin’s computer.
At the Abbott’s
Jack, Phyllis, Billy, Chelsea and Ashley get ready for the engagement party. They all agree things have been reasonably calm. Both Chelsea and Phyllis say they are not in a hurry to get married.
Billy takes Chelsea aside because he is upset and asks Chelsea if she even wants to get married. She assures him she wants to get married and is making wedding plans. She tells him to stop being stupid.
Alone with Phyllis, Jack asks her if they are back on track. Jack tells her he is going to marry her and wants to do it a month from today. Phyllis tells him she is not sure about their future. Jack tells her he screwed things up but that is in the past. Jack tells her no matter how tough things get he will never give up on her. She asks for her ring back and Jack obliges. Phyllis will plan a wedding by April’s end.
Jack reads a note from Traci welcoming Chelsea to the family.
Sage asks Adam if she should pour him into bed since he is just downing the drinks. Adam goes for another drink. Jack warns Sage that she may have been able to handle the old Gabe but this new version - she has no idea.
Jack makes a toast to Billy and Chelsea. Adam takes the floor to toast the happy couple to be and says there is something they need to know.
Adam, Sage, Chelsea, Billy
Adam pays someone to slow the renovation down on his and Chelsea’s penthouses. Sage approaches and asks when they are moving home. Adam says in due course. She says she has reserved a room at the AC. Adam tells her to cancel it. Sage says she wants to end this fake marriage and makes a call to the estate manager. Adam grabs the phone and tells her this was all her idea and she will not threaten him. Sage tells him to tell Chelsea who he is and Chelsea will probably forgive him and they will all be free.
Chelsea arrives and joins them. Adam and Sage thank her for inviting them to the party. Adam tells Chelsea Billy asked him to be best man. Billy arrives and confirms that Gabe will be his best man.
Vicky, Ben, Abby
Vicky gets a text from Victor telling her to call him now and it is private. She makes an excuse and leaves the room.
Abby comes downstairs and Ben asks Abby what she meant that Austin was killed. Abby says Austin was killed in a car accident. Ben doesn’t believe her.
Vicky returns and they discuss Ashley’s attitude toward Vicky when she comes to the lab. Vicky points out there is also a personal aspect to her relationship with Ashley. Vicky leaves to see to Katie.
Abby thinks Ben only wanted her at Vicky’s so he could question her. He says he will help her any way he can. Ben asks if her mugging had anything to do with Austin’s death. He asks her how Austin died. She tells him Austin was murdered. Ben tells her he will not let her take the rap for something she has not done. Ben tells Abby it is time to get the police involved. Abby says no police.
Vicky comes down. Abby says she has to get ready for Billy and Chelsea’s engagement party. Vicky offers to take Abby to the party. Ben and Abby think that is weird so Abby suggest that Ben drive her to the function.
Vicky gets another text from Victor telling her that she will find the results interesting. Later Ben calls Vicky and she tells him she and the kids are going to work for a bit.
Ben is at CL and spots Kevin on the patio. Ben tells Kevin that Abby told him everything about Austin’s death.

MONDAY US SPOILER!!!
At the Abbott’s
Adam makes a toast to Billy and Chelsea. He says that over the last year he has learned that marriage is the most important promise couples make to each other. Adam says he needs his wife to know how much he loves her and never stopped loving her even though she doesn’t know who he is.
Chelsea tells Billy she feels sorry for Gabe for being in a loveless marriage. Billy says it’s Gabe’s own fault and he should do something about it. Billy tells Chelsea he wants them to get married before a month goes by. Phyllis tells them they have waited long enough.
Jack stops Adam from drinking any more. Adam says he has a wedding to stop. Jack tells him he is still Victor’s son and this is a move Victor would make. Adam tells him he wants his wife and son back. Jack tells him it’s time to let Chelsea go. She is in love with Billy now. Adam says he and Chelsea were meant to be together. Jack tells him to be patient and trust that things happen for a reason. Adam says he went through hell last year. Adam comes out of the dining room and apologizes to Billy.
Kyle tells Abby not to be so jumpy and that someone is after all of them. He tells her not to confide in anyone outside their group. Abby says she is very tired and leaves. Kyle gets a message asking if he has seen Abby.
Phyllis gets a call from Avery and leaves.
Sage apologizes to Chelsea if Gabe made her feel uncomfortable. Chelsea says he didn’t. Sage asks her what has upset her. She says she was caught off guard when Billy said he wanted to get married as soon as possible. Chelsea says she wants to have a long engagement because she wants a wedding with all the bells and whistles.
Jack notices Phyllis is missing.
Victor, Kelly, Ben, Phyllis
Victor comes to see Kelly at the GCPD. She asks Victor if he is double crossing her. Victor tells her she will be out shortly and a lawyer will be there for her. Kelly apologizes for doubting him. Victor tells her to stop acting in a cocky manner. Kelly tells him it kills her to see Phyllis with Jack. Victor tells her after the arraignment she is to go to the suite he has paid for because she will need all her strength for the things to come.
Ben arrives at the police station. She says she wasn’t herself when she did those things. Ben brings Kelly to her suite. He asks who posted her bail and she will not reveal the source. Ben knows she is keeping secrets. Ben leaves and Kelly calls for a bottle of champagne to be sent to her room.
Phyllis shows up at Kelly’s suite with the champagne. Phyllis asks for the real reason is that she confessed. Phyllis sees Kelly’s travel itinerary on Kelly’s tablet. Phyllis tells Kelly she is going to report her. Kelly loses it and hits Phyllis over the head with a champagne bottle.
The Group, Ben
Summer tells Mariah no matter what, she and Austin really loved each other. Summer says that Mariah’s life is very lonely and Mariah will never know the kind of love that she and Austin had.

Ben says he barely knew Austin so he had no reason to kill him. Kevin says that maybe Ben gave Austin information for the documentary. Ben says he did not participate. Ben finds out that Kelly is in custody and leaves. Kevin says he has a bad feeling about Ben. Kevin calls Abby to find out how much she told Ben.
Kevin points out that Ben did not provide any information to Austin but told Abby that he felt it was an exposé.
Kyle shows up at CL and they tell him they think Ben may have killed Austin. Kevin says he just decoded more of Austin’s video. They watch it and see Ben asking Austin what he wanted to know. They watch as Ben tells Austin he is treading on dangerous territory and to turn the camera off.
Abby, Ben
Abby comes back to Vicky’s and no one is home. She is frightened by a noise she hears. The lights go out and Abby is terrified. Ben comes in and asks why the lights are out. Ben offers to check the circuits downstairs and Abby says she is not staying there alone. When they come upstairs there is a message on the mirror “I’m always watching”.
Victor
Victor is in the confessional and says that Kelly is out of jail and will be leaving town in 24 hours. Their plan is about to fall into place and he better be ready.
Day Ahead
- Victor asks Jack why he would help Kelly and Jack says that is what he is going to figure out
- Devon wants to know why Hilary cares how Neil is doing, she says because it affects her
- Neil says “Paul I want to talk to you about the accident”

Kyle shows up at CL and they tell him they think Ben may have killed Austin. Kevin says he just decoded more of Austin’s video. They watch it and see Ben asking Austin what he wanted to know. They watch as Ben tells Austin he is treading on dangerous territory and to turn the camera off.
Abby, Ben
Abby comes back to Vicky’s and no one is home. She is frightened by a noise she hears. The lights go out and Abby is terrified. Ben comes in and asks why the lights are out. Ben offers to check the circuits downstairs and Abby says she is not staying there alone. When they come upstairs there is a message on the mirror “I’m always watching”.
Victor
Victor is in the confessional and says that Kelly is out of jail and will be leaving town in 24 hours. Their plan is about to fall into place and he better be ready.
Day Ahead
- Victor asks Jack why he would help Kelly and Jack says that is what he is going to figure out
- Devon wants to know why Hilary cares how Neil is doing, she says because it affects her
- Neil says “Paul I want to talk to you about the accident”

I still think Joe is the murderer.....
it is possible that if there is a person that looks like Jack that he is the one...or who ever Victor is talking to...but victor does not realize it? Nahhhh I think its Joe
I like this story of a who done it bringing all the millennials together...
Summer was driving me nuts with her terrible acting....and Christina I just cant watch her anymore...Neil well..is being Neil sober or straight he is always acting like he is a wimp....

They better not make it Sharon! I'm going to be so mad!! There's no way she's doing all this and yes, she was with Faith that night. Isn't that the night of her wreck? Yeah, she wasn't even there, so it would be STUPID to make it her. I think the other cop is very plausible though.
I keep hearing that Joe is Austin's father so I don't think he would kill him. Austin could have been a twin and have an evil twin though....
I do find this storyline entertaining and am enjoying it.....as long as they don't go the Sharon route. LOL

TUESDAY US SPOILER!!!
Kelly, Phyllis
Phyllis is about to report Kelly for jumping bail and Kelly hits her over the head with a champagne bottle. Kelly takes Phyllis’ phone and calls someone and tells them Phyllis is indisposed and if she (Kelly) has a problem then they both have a problem.
Jack, Paul
Paul tells Jack Kelly made bail. Jack says Phyllis is missing. Paul asks if Phyllis found out about Kelly being out on bail. Jack calls Phyllis and she answers and tells him she is in Kelly’s suite.
Paul and Jack go to the AC and find Phyllis on the floor. Phyllis says Kelly is leaving town. Paul puts out an APB on Kelly and leaves to check the security footage.
Jack and Phyllis are at home trying to figure out who posted Kelly’s bail and both come to the same conclusion.
Hilary, Devon
Hilary tells Devon she knows what Neil did and she and Devon are the reason he is drinking again. Devon tells her to go away. She wants to know how Neil is doing. He wants to know why Hilary cares how Neil is doing, she says because it affects her. Devon says he can’t believe how good she was and he really believed she loved him but he says she will be the one left with nothing and leaves.
Cane, Lily
Cane tells Lily that he should have told her that Devon was in love with Hilary. Lily says Hilary was not in love with Devon. Cane says maybe not the kind of love they have for each other, the forgiving kind, and he walks away.
Kelly comes downstairs and Lily tells her she is happy she is out on bail. Kelly leaves with a bag.
Paul asks Lily about Kelly and she tells him that Kelly said she was going to see her lawyer.
After Devon leaves, Cane tells Hilary he knows she is still in love with Devon. Hilary denies it. Hilary tells him she is leaving town. Lily approaches and asks Cane if he is buying any of this. Lily takes a strip out of Hilary. Hilary smiles and says Lily is right and walks away. Lily accuses Cane of buying into Hilary’s story and walks away.
He tells her he loves her and apologizes again. Lily says she does not want to spend the rest of her marriage like this and it all starts with forgiveness. She offers Cane her hand.

The lawyer tells Nikki that they have multiple witnesses saying that she swerved into Chris and the evidence is compelling and the forensic evidence will back it up. Nikki denies swerving into Chris. Victor comes in and stops the interrogation. The lawyer leaves.
Victor tells her she better come up with a better story if she is not going to tell the truth. Victor asks if she is trying to protect Neil. He tells her that Chris is after her and Paul is not stopping Chris. Nikki leaves.
Kelly comes to Victor’s. He wants her to go back to her suite. Kelly says Phyllis showed up and that she hit her over the head with a champagne bottle. She says she thought they were partners and he asks if she is delusional. Kelly wants him to help her and Victor agrees to help her.
Jack and Phyllis arrive and Victor tells Kelly to leave. Jack accuses Victor of bailing Kelly out of jail. Victor asks Jack why he would help Kelly. Jack says he is going to figure it out. Jack gets a call from Kelly telling him she could not leave without saying goodbye. Jack offers to come and get her and get her a lawyer. She tells him she will always love him and hangs up. Jack is worried what Kelly will do to herself and Victor just smiles.
Neil, Nikki, Devon
At the roadside bar Neil has a drink and a flashback to the accident.
Nikki arrives at the bar and they both drink water. Neil tells her the prosecutor is coming for her and he tells her he has already confessed to Devon and Hilary. Nikki tries to convince him to stay with their story.
Devon comes into the bar looking for Neil. Nikki says he is in the men’s room. The waiter comes and tells them Neil left 5 minutes ago and they leave.
Devon and Nikki arrive at GCPD and try to convince Neil not to say anything. He apologizes to Nikki for letting her carry this for this long but he has to respect himself.
Paul arrives and Neil says “Paul I want to talk to you about the accident”. He tells Paul he is responsible for the accident.
Hilary
Hilary arrives at the roadside bar and has a drink with one of the patrons. She tells him how Neil lost his sight then regained it and the first thing he saw was her in bed with his son. She decided she would fix it by telling Devon, the one true love of her life, she didn’t love him. She pays for her drink and leaves.

**this is the last show for the week thanks to March Madness!
Nick, Dylan, Noah, Summer
Nick is at CL when Noah, Summer and Kevin arrive. Nick asks Noah about Summer. Noah explains about Austin trying to dig up the kind of dirt on the family that should not see the light of day.
Sharon and Faith arrive. Sage arrives. Faith doesn’t want Sharon to leave. Sage tries to be friendly but and Faith is not having any of it. Faith tells Nick they should have their own private time together. Sage tells Faith she has wonderful daddy and Faith says “and mommy”. Sage leaves.
Later Nick finds Sage at the AC and Nick apologizes. Nick tells her he is excited about moving forward and kisses her.
The Group
Noah, Kevin and Summer are on the patio and Kevin suggests that while Austin was putting a story together, he came across something that got him killed. Kevin says Austin was deleting his files so he may have been getting threats. He points out that Ben was very intense on the video and they think Ben had motive. Summer asks how far Ben would go to shut them up.
Sharon gets an odd look on her face when she overhears Kevin say that as long as the secret Austin had stays buried on his computer, they will all be safe. Sharon comes onto the patio and apologizes to Summer. Summer tells her she will never need anything from Sharon. Sharon leaves and so does Kevin.
Summer tells Noah she is tired of people saying that Sharon did all those things because she was not in her right mind. Then suggests that there may be some piece of evidence that Sharon may have been involved in Austin’s death somehow. Noah tells her that he does not believe Sharon would do anything to hurt Austin. Summer says she will try and be nicer to Sharon next time.
They leave the patio to get cake and Sharon comes back and pulls out Austin’s computer. Kyle, Noah and Summer come in and ask what she is doing with Austin’s computer.
Joe, Avery
Joe comes to see Avery and tells him stop giving her any more mementos from the past. He says he needs a lawyer. Joe wants to save one of the non-profit foundation that Constance Bingham set up for abused women and children as it got caught up in probate. He wants to restructure the foundation that Constance Bingham set up but it got caught up in the probate.
Dylan arrives and Avery says that she is going to handle some paper work for Joe. Joe explains it’s for an organization which provides programs for abused women and children. Dylan says it sounds like an excuse to stay in Avery’s orbit. Joe tells Dylan he has no patience for explaining things to him and leaves.
Avery returns and asks about Joe. Dylan says Joe is just trying to drive a wedge between them. Avery asks him to give Joe the benefit of a doubt.
Kyle, Abby
Kyle and Abby are at the AC and Abby tells him she moved into the AC because there is more security. Kyle says he is happy she is away from Ben and explains about the video. He says when Austin had Ben on camera Ben was really angry – angry enough to kill him. Abby asks why he thinks Ben killed Austin and defends him. Kyle thinks it was odd that Ben told Kevin he knew what had happened and to keep it quiet. Abby tells him that she asked Ben to keep it secret after telling Ben the truth and he is trying to help.
Abby goes to her suite and is a knock at the door. Ben comes in and tells her he has taken the suite next door to her so he can protect her. He says he has not told Vicky about the message on the mirror or Austin’s murder. Abby becomes afraid and tries to get away from him. Ben asks if she thinks that he has been threatening her. Abby tells him Kyle thinks Ben killed Austin. Ben says Kyle had motive and he does not. Ben tells her that maybe Victor went too far. He says he almost lost his whole future protecting his mother. He tells Abby he will protect her. Vicky opens the door and sees Abby in Ben’s arms.

Vicky comes downstairs and Ben tells her he thinks someone was watching the house. Ben says he did not call the police because there was no proof and feels Abby is in danger. He tells her that he will keep her and the kids safe. Vicky asks him to keep his eye on Abby. Ben feels he should be with Vicky and the kids but agrees.
Later, Kyle comes to see Vicky. Vicky tells Kyle that Ben has a suite next door to Abby and tells him it was her idea. She tells him that he is there to protect Abby. Kyle tells her about the smear piece about the Newman’s and Abbott’s that Austin had been working on. He tells her that Ben was on camera and Ben has a foot in both families.

- Vicky says to Victor ”You won’t fight Jack for Jabot” Victor says he won’t have to
- Ashley asks Ben if he is sleeping with Abby

I would love to see Jack and Phyllis have a child together....although I am tired of how all these fathers on this show except for Nick being dead beat dads with some of their children ...all their kids are never seen again

Phyllis, Kelly, Jack
Phyllis turns and sees Kelly with a knife. Kelly is threatening Phyllis and tells Phyllis she deserves to die and stabs her with a knife. Phyllis wakes up. She hears a noise, gets a poker and almost hits Jack. She explains about her dream.
Jack says Paul advised him that a woman matching Kelly’s description boarded a plane to Abu Dabi and she will be arrested as soon as she steps off the plane.
Jack and Phyllis make plans to elope. Jack gets a call from Paul saying Kelly got away from the Abu Dabi police.
Victor arrives and says he wants to buy Jabot. Victor explains his rationale for the purchase. Jack refuses. After reminding Phyllis that her legal problems are over, he leaves with a smile. Jack says Victor is setting him up for something, but what?
Kyle, Summer, Sharon, Noah, Kevin
Sharon is caught taking Austin’s computer. She makes a lame excuse which no one believes. Everyone wants to know what she is up to. Sharon tells them that Austin interviewed her. She says she wanted to delete the footage because she said some things about Nick she shouldn’t have. Sharon tells Summer she was in a bad place when she said those things. Summer sees that as the excuse Sharon always uses. Sharon leaves. Summer and Kyle agree that Sharon is hiding something. Summer tells Noah she is not going to let Sharon spread lies about Nick.
Kevin arrives and they ask him to decode more of Austin’s files. Summer suggests that Sharon may have come up to the cabin on Valentine’s day to confront Austin. Noah explains that Sharon was with Faith that night trying to get somewhere safe.
Mariah, Kevin, Sharon
Mariah and Kevin are at Sharon’s looking for her phone charger. Kevin tells her he found more information on Austin’s computer and it looked like he was trying to delete files. Kevin suspects Austin was being threatened.
Sharon comes home and Mariah explains why she is there. Mariah asks if Sharon is alright and Sharon says no. Kevin leaves. Sharon hugs Mariah. She says she is sorry and has missed Mariah terribly. Sharon tells her she has done something terrible and can’t undo it. Sharon says Austin interviewed her and she made comments about all the Newman’s. She says she did it to help Summer.
Sharon has a flashback to her conversation with Austin and how she tried to pay him off but he would not back down. She says she was furious and would have done anything to get him to delete that footage. She says she was so furious she could have…… Mariah asks she could have what?
Vicky, Ben, Abby
Vicky comes into Abby’s suite and sees Abby in Ben’s arms which makes her uneasy. Abby tells Vicky she has just been upset. Abby apologizes for disrupting their lives. Vicky says she will talk to Victor for more security. Ben asks her not to tell Victor anything because he has already contacted a security company. Abby agrees with Ben. Abby gets a call from Ashley asking why she and Ben are not at the lab. Abby and Ben leave.
Abby, Ashley, Ben
Abby and Ben arrive at the lab and Ashley tells them the first shipment of Hex has been put into stores and that Brash and Sassy’s version has been pulled off the market.
Alone with Ben Abby says she regrets what she did to Summer. Ben says he still thinks Victor is involved in some way. Abby defends Victor. Abby regrets dragging Ben into this mess. Ashley sees Ben and Abby talking what to her appears very intimately and this seems to upset her.
Ashley comes out and asks Abby to go to marketing and after Abby leaves, Ashley asks Ben if he is sleeping with Abby. Ben denies it and says he is looking after Abby because Vicky, the woman he loves, asked him to.
Vicky, Victor
Vicky is with Victor and tells him she has looked into Jabot and she tells him she did not find Jabot’s Achilles heel and the company is very healthy. She asks him what he is up to. He says that when he sees a business opportunity he jumps on it. Vicky asks Victor ”You won’t fight Jack for Jabot”? Victor says he won’t have to because Jack will come around to his way of thinking.
Alone Vicky picks up a file folder and says to herself “dad please do not screw up my family.”
Day Ahead

Ashley tells Jack that Victor pulled the Brash and Sassy Hex knock off, off the market and they both find that strange.

yup figured it was a dream...but would have been good if it were real just have Jack rush in and save her....and have her live and Kelly found to be a lunatic and find out all the stuff she has in her past.....another dream is just so well boring 
Was Austin really such a creep...he seemed so nice...at first anyway....he does not seem like the character they have decided to make him when he left the show....
What is Victor up to??????? anyone have any ideas??????

Paul, Chris
Paul asks Chris how Neil’s arraignment went. She says the judge will throw out the case if Nikki and Victor get their way.
Nikki, Victor, Neil, Paul, Chris
Nikki tells Neil she was worried that he would not get bail. Neil says he got himself into this mess and he will get himself out of it.
Paul and Chris come out of Paul’s office and Paul apologizes to Nikki for accusing her. Chris asks him why he is apologizing to Nikki and says she is going to charge Nikki and Neil with obstructing justice. Victor tells her he will not allow it and his lawyer will have those charges thrown out.
Neil, Paul, Chris
Neil comes into Paul’s office and Chris tells him she is going to file a civil suit against him and Nikki for what they took away from her. Hilary eavesdrops just outside his door. Neil tells them his life was spinning out of control and he was drinking heavily. Neil offers his profound apology. Chris says she will never forgive Neil for what he did. Winston Mobley, the new ADA arrives and Chris tells Neil that Winston is going nail Neil’s *** to the wall.
After Neil leaves, Paul asks her if one life wasn’t enough? She says that life was their baby and doesn’t it matter to him because he has other children so losing their baby doesn’t matter. Paul says he wanted that baby more than anything and when she told him she was pregnant he was the happiest man on earth. Chris tells him there were complications and she can’t have any more children.
Lily, Devon, Hilary, Cane
Lily and Devon are discussing Neil being out on bail when Hilary approaches them and says she heard that Neil killed Chris’ baby. Devon asks why she keeps asking questions about Neil and asks why she is bothering with them. Is it just to gloat about the damage she has done? Lily states that she is there just for the bank account.
Neil, Hilary
As Neil leaves Paul’s office he is stopped by Hilary who tells him there are ways of having a case thrown out. Neil tells her she is only concerned about the big chunk of settlement from their divorce, but she will get nothing and leaves.
Neil, Devon, Lily, Leslie
Neil arrives at the AC and Lily tells him she has the perfect lawyer for him. Leslie tells him they need to find a way out of this mess. Leslie tells him to forget about their past and what happened between him and Hilary. Devon convinces him to let Leslie help. Neil agrees to let Leslie help him.

Phyllis arrives at the ranch and says she wants to know why Victor wants to buy Jabot. Victor explains his motivation is profit. Phyllis tells him Jack will never give up Jabot. Victor reminds her that he saved her life. She thanks him and wants to know where Kelly is. Nikki tells her Victor doesn’t know where Kelly is and he says “but I do”. Victor tells her Kelly is dead and that she committed suicide and provides the proof.
Nikki asks Victor the real reason he wants to buy Jabot and wants to know what he is up to. Victor says in time, when Jack will need his help, that is when Jack will have to give up everything.
Lauren, Cane, Michael
Lauren is in Michael’s office when Cane arrives. Lauren asks Cane how he coped when Lily had cancer. He tells her you just be there for them. Michael arrives and Cane asks Michael to look at his contract with CI. Michael figures out that Cane is planning a coup. Cane tells him that Colin was blackmailing him so he couldn’t fight for the top spot at CI. Now he wants Jill in the second spot. Cane brings up Michael cancer and then apologizes to Michael for bringing it up. Michael apologizes and tells him he is prickly after radiation. Cane leaves.
Lauren comes back and wants to make love and Michael stops her. Michael *** what happens when this fight is over and leaves.

Phyllis is concerned about Kelly and what Kelly will do and that Victor is after something. They need to be ready for both of them. John appears to Jack and Jack is blaming himself. He says he should have ended things with Kelly as soon as Phyllis came back. Jack didn’t realize that Kelly really needed help. John tells him he made the right decisions at the time and should not be blaming himself. He says Kelly’s problems began long before Jack met her. Jack says he will always know he had a big hand in Kelly’s actions.
Phyllis comes home and tells Jack that she had been at Victor’s, apologizes and gives him a picture of Kelly lying on a slab at the morgue.
Hilary, Winston
Hilary arrives at CL and sees Winston and deliberately bumps into him and then offers to buy him a coffee.
Day Ahead
- Sage tells Nick that the Bingo he knew in school is gone and so is the man she wanted to help

At the UG Vicky tells Nick that Victor is up to something against Jack and this time it’s different. She tells him Victor pulled the Brash and Sassy faux Hex off the market. She says Victor wants to eradicate Jabot and Jack. Vicky gets a call from Abby saying Ben needs her.

At the AC Jack and Phyllis talk about Kelly. Ben and Abby arrive and Jack calls Ben over and tells him Kelly is dead. Ben does not believe him. Phyllis tells Ben Kelly took her own life and gives him the picture of Kelly. Jack tells him it was an overdose. Ben blames Jack. Phyllis says Kelly had issues. Ben says she had two issues and they were Phyllis and Jack. Phyllis and Jack leave.
At home Phyllis says if Kelly wanted out it was her choice. Jack blames himself. Phyllis says if he blames himself one more time she is going to leave and never come back. She tells him she is tired of him wallowing in guilt. Jack tells her he loves her and asks her not to leave.
Vicky, Ben, Abby
Vicky arrives and says she knows Kelly was trouble. Ben explodes and can’t understand why everyone is saying Kelly was trouble and blaming her. She tells him she wants to be there for him. Ben tells her she may not be the best person to give him sympathy since she blames Kelly for breaking up her marriage. Vicky leaves. Abby follows Vicky and tells her she will not let him do anything stupid.
Vicky, Billy
Vicky is at home. Billy arrives and sees she is upset. She tells him Kelly killed herself. Vicky is upset because Ben is taking it so hard. She says she is grateful for how Kelly was able to comfort Billy when Vicky didn’t know how. Vicky says she is still trying to figure out who Ben is and how they fit together.
Abby, Ben
Abby is back with Ben and he admits he was terrible to Vicky. Ben says he wants to be alone. Abby tells him he is supposed to protect her. Ben talks about Kelly and wishes she hadn’t gone to the grief support group, then she wouldn’t have met any of the Abbotts. Abby tells him he is blaming the Abbotts but really he is angry with Kelly because she never confided in him. Ben agrees and asks why Kelly never came to him. He realized it was probably because she believed he killed their father.
Ashley arrives at the AC and sees Ben and Abby leave together.
Chelsea, Adam, Sage
Chelsea tells Adam she has to go to a meeting. Adam offers to go with her. Sage suggests that Adam shouldn’t horn in on Chelsea’s business. Chelsea leaves. Adam tells Sage that he has a surprise for Chelsea since he also knew about her meeting. Adam and Sage argue. Sage tells him he is neither Gabe or Adam. Adam makes a remark about St. Gabriel which offends Sage and she slaps him. She calls him selfish reminding him that Gabe jumped into the river to save him. She tells Adam he will never be the man Gabe was. Adam says she doesn’t know him and never will. He tells her that Gabe never loved her and she can’t deny it.
Sage, Nick
Sage comes to the UG and Nick asks what Gabe did now. She tells him she never wants to see his face again that the Bingo he knew in school is gone and so is the man she wanted to help. They have a drink, dance and kiss.
Billy, Ashley
Billy congratulates Ashley on the Hex roll out. He says he and Chelsea are going to check out a wedding venue. Ashley reminds him that Chelsea wanted to wait until after Jack and Phyllis got married. She asks him if he feels the faster he gets married the faster he can put Vicky behind him and she hopes he is marrying for the right reasons. Billy says he loves Chelsea. Chelsea comes in to get her files for her meeting and Billy reminds her they were supposed to go and check out the wedding venue. She thought they were postponing the wedding. She tells Billy she has to meet Gabe and go to the meeting. After she leaves, Ashley says she doesn’t think he and Chelsea are on the same page.
Chelsea, Adam
Chelsea and Adam are driving to the meeting and they run out of gas. Adam calls the auto club. Chelsea says she likes it out in the country and it reminds her of Kansas and her first wedding. She tells him the second wedding was rushed because Adam wanted out of the country but she loved him so much she didn’t care. He asks her what she loved about Adam. She describes some of Adam’s traits and how she felt loved and protected. She says that she and Connor were Adam’s world and thought she could fix him. Adam asks if she still feels she could fix him. She says yes. She feels she is cheating on Billy at times because she feels Adam is with her. Adam says he is.

- Chelsea tries to get out of the car and Adam says she is not going anywhere

Adam makes a remark about St. Gabriel which offends Sage and she slaps him. She calls him selfish reminding him that Gabe jumped into the river to save him. She tells Adam he will never be the man Gabe was. Adam says she doesn’t know him and never will. He tells her that Gabe never loved her and she can’t deny it.
Sage, Nick
Sage comes to the UG and Nick asks what Gabe did now. She tells him she never wants to see his face again that the Bingo he knew in school is gone and so is the man she wanted to help. They have a drink, dance and kiss.
Billy, Ashley
Billy congratulates Ashley on the Hex roll out. He says he and Chelsea are going to check out a wedding venue. Ashley reminds him that Chelsea wanted to wait until after Jack and Phyllis got married. She asks him if he feels the faster he gets married the faster he can put Vicky behind him and she hopes he is marrying for the right reasons. Billy says he loves Chelsea. Chelsea comes in to get her files for her meeting and Billy reminds her they were supposed to go and check out the wedding venue. She thought they were postponing the wedding. She tells Billy she has to meet Gabe and go to the meeting. After she leaves, Ashley says she doesn’t think he and Chelsea are on the same page.
Chelsea, Adam
Chelsea and Adam are driving to the meeting and they run out of gas. Adam calls the auto club. Chelsea says she likes it out in the country and it reminds her of Kansas and her first wedding. She tells him the second wedding was rushed because Adam wanted out of the country but she loved him so much she didn’t care. He asks her what she loved about Adam. She describes some of Adam’s traits and how she felt loved and protected. She says that she and Connor were Adam’s world and thought she could fix him. Adam asks if she still feels she could fix him. She says yes. She feels she is cheating on Billy at times because she feels Adam is with her. Adam says he is.
Day Ahead
- Chelsea tries to get out of the car and Adam says she is not going anywhere
- Sharon tells Dylan she is going to tell Nick everything
- Sharon comes to the UG and finds Nick and Sage making love in his office

oh good lord...really......ya just cant make this stuff up...
as for Kelly being dead...I think not....this is all part of Victors plan.....
