TUESDAY US SPOILER!!!
Lily, Neil, Devon at the AC
Neil is at the bar drinking and Lily tells him he has had enough. He tells her he had no idea that sobriety would bring nothing but pain and betrayal. Lily tells him he is selfish and Moses needs a father. Neil asks her how things are between her and Cane. She tells him they tried to talk but it went nowhere. Devon comes in and Neil has some very nasty things to say to him. Lily grabs the bottle away from him and leaves. Devon tries to apologize but Neil says it means nothing and Devon is not his son. Devon says he knows Neil is hurt and Neil did not spend all those years loving him to do this. Neil tells him to go and find Tucker because they deserve each other. Neil asked if Devon told Hilary that he loved her and planned on spending the rest of his life with her. Devon says yes. Devon keeps apologizing and Neil asks Devon when he started feeling sorry. Devon then reminds Neil that he did the same thing to his brother and he forgave Neil.
Lily, Devon
Devon is hurt by what Neil said to him. Lily asks him what he expected. He says he finds it hard to believe that Hilary was playing him. He says all he wants to do now is hate her. Lily tells Devon she can’t forgive him and they will never be as close as they were.
Paul, Chris
Chris is in Paul’s office eating chocolate and she and Paul are hugging. Nikki comes in and says that she is certain Phyllis is innocent. Nikki says Phyllis has changed. Nikki tells them that during the UG collapse she saw another side of Phyllis. Nikki says that Phyllis put Nikki first. Chris keeps shooting holes in everything that Nikki says. Nikki tells Paul he needs to drop the charges against Phyllis. Paul thinks they should listen to what Nikki has to say and try and remain objective. Nikki leaves. Paul reminds her that as DA they have to make sure they charge the right people with a crime. Chris and Paul argue and Chris accuses Paul of questioning her integrity. He says this is a business disagreement. She says this is about them, their marriage and about his undying loyalty to Nikki. She claims he has no faith in her and leaves.
Abby, Noah, Kevin, Mariah at CL
Noah asks if the results of the blood on the towel were in yet.
Kevin, Mariah, Kyle, Summer, Noah at Summer’s condo
Summer and Kyle are looking for pictures of Austin on his computer. Summer watches a video of her and him together. The gang arrives to support Summer. Abby tries to stop her from watching but she refuses. Summer is watching a video Austin made on the day he died. Austin apologizes because he has not been himself lately and as he was going to say more she ran in with packages she had bought and Austin closed his computer. Abby is agitated after seeing the video, makes an excuse and leaves. Summer and Noah go get some coffee and Mariah tells him she does not think Austin was depressed in that video, he was guilty. Kevin receives a text indicating the blood test on the towel is ready. Mariah and Kevin watch part of a video taken by Austin at CL of Abby getting coffee. Noah says that Austin was doing a documentary on corporate titans. Summer says she does not recall him working on it. When everyone is gone except Noah, Summer tells him she didn’t even know Austin was doing a video and she was a rotten wife. She says she can’t go to the memorial. Noah convinces her to go. While hugging her he watches the video and sees Kyle in the background.
Abby, Kyle
Abby is at CL and “remembers her time with Austin and at the cabin and making love with him. She recalls Austin telling her that he is so over this marriage and Summer does not get him the way Abby does. Abby tells him to make himself worthy of Summer.” Kyle comes in and tells Abby he knows that she and Austin were having an affair. He says he saw them together. Abby thanks Kyle for not saying anything. Kyle tells her he confronted Austin and things got physical. Abby accuses him of killing Austin.
Kevin, Mariah at GCPD
At the police station Kevin tells Mariah the blood on the towel was not Kyle’s.

WEDNESDAY US SPOILER!!!
Neil, Nikki
In Nikki’s car Neil is angry and wants to get out of the car and grabs the wheel and they hit something/someone. Nikki gets out of the car and sees she hit Chris. Neil calls 911. Paul comes out and sees Chris and wants to know what happened. Nikki tells Neil not to say anything. Neil tries to explain but Nikki interrupts and takes all the blame. Paul has Nikki arrested for DYI. At the police station Nikki tells Neil that he is to let her take the blame because she can prove she has not been drinking. Neil says too many lies lately and he has to admit that he grabbed the wheel. Nikki is taken by an officer to give her statement. Nikki comes back and tells Neil to tell the truth that she was driving. Victor arrives. Nikki tells Victor her contrived story. Neil is gives his statement.
Victor, Jack
Victor tells someone in the confessional that Kelly is adamant to get Phyllis away from Jack so they will proceed as planned and Jack will never know what hit him. Victor comes out of the confessional and Jack is standing there. Jack assures Victor that they can prove Phyllis innocent. Victor leaves and Jack hears a noise in the confessional. As he is about to open the door, Phyllis calls and says she needs him. He leaves.
Paul, Victor, Chris
Paul has a flashback to the argument with Chris and leaves. After the accident Paul is at the hospital and Victor arrives. Paul tells him Chris is in emergency surgery and he is blaming Victor. Paul accuses Victor of always pushing Nikki to the brink which has led Nikki to drink. Paul tells Victor that Nikki was drunk and was behind the wheel when she hit Chris. Victor asks where Nikki is and says he is concerned about this. Paul tells him to go to hell. Victor leaves and the doctor comes to tell Paul that Chris is in recovery. After her surgery, Paul is with Chris and tells her she was right about everything and he should have listened to her but he never lost faith in her. Chris wakes up. Chris asks about the baby. Paul tells her the baby didn’t make it.
Summer, Noah
Noah tells Summer to go and get ready for Austin’s Memorial. Summer doesn’t want to go but Noah tells her the family will get her through this. While Summer gets ready, Noah sends a text to Kyle saying he needs to see him.
Kevin, Mariah
Kevin tells Mariah the blood on the towel was Austin’s. Courtney comes in and they tell her the blood on the towel was Austin’s. They speculate what might have happened and maybe Kyle killed Austin. Kevin asks Mariah if she is okay. Mariah talks about Austin and her friendship with him and she misses him. They leave for the memorial.
Abby, Kyle
At CL Abby asks Kyle if he killed Austin. Kyle says he and Austin fought. Kyle has a flashback to seeing Austin and Abby at CL. Kyle admits he has been watching them. Kyle tells her he and Austin talked and that he told Austin that he saw him with Abby.Kyle told Austin that Summer will leave him once Kyle tells her about him and Abby. Kyle punched Austin and gave him a towel telling him to clean himself up before he goes home to his wife.Kyle tells her he knows she and Austin had sex. Abby asks him to promise that he will not say anything to Summer.
Austin’s Memorial
Phyllis is at the church waiting for everyone to arrive for the memorial. Nick comes in and Phyllis tells him Kyle will help Summer through this and she is happy Kyle is there. Avery arrives and tells Nick that the contractor had a history of cutting corners. Avery apologizes to Phyllis for trying to prove she was unstable. Summer arrives and family surrounds her. Jack arrives and goes to talk to Summer. Mariah and Abby arrive. Summer gives Abby a picture of Austin. Kyle and Noah arrive. Noah asks Kyle when he was in town recently and tells him about the video of Kyle in the background. Kyle tells Noah he is not playing this game and leaves. Courtney and Kevin arrive and Kevin tells Noah the blood on the towel was Austin’s. Noah leaves to get the video and Kevin realizes they were covering for Kyle and not Summer. Nick starts the memorial. Summer has a fuzzy flashback of Austin standing with his back to her arguing with someone. Mariah goes up to say a few words about what Austin meant to her. Summer’s flashback becomes clearer and she sees Austin arguing with Abby. Summer gets up to say a few words and then she looks at Abby and gets a clearer picture of her flashback of the argument between Austin and Abby. She walks towards Abby and says “you slept with my husband”.
Day Ahead
- Nick asks Abby how she could do that to her family
- Paul tells Victor and Nikki that Chris was crying over the loss of their daughter
- Neil tells Chris Nikki would never willingly hurt her and Chris says Nikki?

Interesting. Could it possibly be that they tried to push her out b/c she is difficult? Just my two cents. I loved her character and her fiestiness came through beautifully as Dru but I bet she was difficult to work with. I would be interested to know if she is the only one crying race or if there are more? That would indicate a "systemic" issue to me more than her crying that it is.

THURSDAY US SPOILER!!!
Austin’s Memorial
Summer accuses Abby of sleeping with Austin. She knows what she saw and tells Abby to have the guts to admit it. Abby runs out and Nick runs after her and asks how she can do this to her own flesh and blood. Abby tells him that she was lonely and it was not meant to happen and points out he did the same thing. He says this is not about to him. Abby leaves and Summer asks who else knew about the affair and discovers they all knew. She is beyond upset. Mariah, Kevin, Courtney and Kyle (the group) leave. Summer accuses everyone of cheating. She says she wanted to be with him for the rest of his life. She questions Avery about her marriage. Avery says she is sorry Summer is hurting so much and leaves. Phyllis tells Summer that what Austin did was selfish and this is not Summer’s fault. Everyone wants Summer to go home but she says she needs to stay for a few minutes. Summer is alone in the chapel goes to Austin’s coffin and calls him a son of a *****. She asks how he could have done this to her.
Outside the chapel the group discuss Austin. Mariah accuses Kyle of wanting to expose Austin’s infidelity to Summer on Valentine’s Day. Kevin wonders who wanted Austin out of the way.
At the cabin, Abby has a flashback to being with Austin at the cabin when the group arrive her and accuse her of killing Austin. Abby denies she did and points out the others had good reason to kill him. She says she could not stuff his body into the armoire and opens the door. There is a message on the mirror “I know what happened here”.
Dylan, Sharon
Dylan comes to see Sharon. Sharon thanks him for not making her feel crazy and talking her down the night of the storm. Sharon says she invited him for lunch and pours the wine. Dylan says maybe he gave her the wrong impression on the night of the storm. Sharon says it’s just a friendly pasta and Chianti. Dylan asks if she would like Chinese food to go with the Chianti since she had not cooked the pasta yet. After they eat, Dylan leaves.
Paul, Chris
Chris and Paul grieve the loss of their child. Paul apologizes for the things he said to her. Chris asks how this happened. Paul wants her to sleep. Chris wants to know who hit her. Paul avoids telling her. Chris wants him to talk to the driver of the car. Paul leaves. Later Neil comes to see Chris. Chris says this was no accident. Neil says it was an accident and Nikki would never hurt anyone. Chris is stunned and says “Nikki?”. Chris is incensed and realizes why Paul didn’t tell her who hit her. She says Paul always protects Nikki and is probably with her now. In a panic she gets out of bed saying she has to get to Paul and collapses into Neil’s arms. Neil apologizes and Chris tells him to leave.
Victor, Nikki, Neil, Paul
Victor keeps questioning Nikki about what happened. Nikki tells him she had not been drinking and that it was just a terrible accident. Victor keeps pressing her to tell him the truth. She keeps telling him she has not been drinking. He asks if this was part of her MS. Neil comes out after giving his statement and leaves. Victor wants to take Nikki home and Paul walks in and says Nikki stays. Victor says there was no wrong doing and that Nikki had not been drinking. Paul says he just came back from the hospital where he left Chris was crying over the loss of their daughter, so not to tell him there was no wrong doing. Paul says he needs to talk to Nikki in private. Nikki goes into Paul’s office. Nikki tells Paul she was driving Neil home because he had been drinking. Nikki tells him she has not been drinking and to check the file. Paul says all he can see is Chris is in the hospital grieving their baby. He asks if Nikki aimed her car at Chris. Nikki denies she did that. In the meantime Victor calls someone and tells them to get Nikki’s lawyer to the police station before she says something she will regret, especially since its Paul she is talking to. They come out of his office and Paul reads Nikki her rights and arrests her for attempted murder.
Avery, Dylan
Avery is at CL and tells Dylan that Summer found out that Austin was cheating on her. She tells him Summer asked her why she cheated on Joe and she says she did not have an answer. Dylan points out that she used to be very clear about why she was with Dylan, but she does not seem to be as clear now. Avery assures him she loves him more now than she did when she met him.
Day Ahead
- Adam tells Jack he will do whatever is necessary to get his family back with or without Jack’s help
- Chris tells Dylan it was his mother, Nikki who ran her down
- Summer accuses Abby of killing Austin

She says Paul always protects Nikki and is probably with her now. In a panic she gets out of bed saying she has to get to Paul and collapses into Neil’s arms. Neil apologizes and Chris tells him to leave.
Victor, Nikki, Neil, Paul
Victor keeps questioning Nikki about what happened. Nikki tells him she had not been drinking and that it was just a terrible accident. Victor keeps pressing her to tell him the truth. She keeps telling him she has not been drinking. He asks if this was part of her MS. Neil comes out after giving his statement and leaves. Victor wants to take Nikki home and Paul walks in and says Nikki stays. Victor says there was no wrong doing and that Nikki had not been drinking. Paul says he just came back from the hospital where he left Chris was crying over the loss of their daughter, so not to tell him there was no wrong doing. Paul says he needs to talk to Nikki in private. Nikki goes into Paul’s office. Nikki tells Paul she was driving Neil home because he had been drinking. Nikki tells him she has not been drinking and to check the file. Paul says all he can see is Chris is in the hospital grieving their baby. He asks if Nikki aimed her car at Chris. Nikki denies she did that. In the meantime Victor calls someone and tells them to get Nikki’s lawyer to the police station before she says something she will regret, especially since its Paul she is talking to. They come out of his office and Paul reads Nikki her rights and arrests her for attempted murder.
Avery, Dylan
Avery is at CL and tells Dylan that Summer found out that Austin was cheating on her. She tells him Summer asked her why she cheated on Joe and she says she did not have an answer. Dylan points out that she used to be very clear about why she was with Dylan, but she does not seem to be as clear now. Avery assures him she loves him more now than she did when she met him.
Day Ahead
- Adam tells Jack he will do whatever is necessary to get his family back with or without Jack’s help
- Chris tells Dylan it was his mother, Nikki who ran her down

it is a well known story on how this woman is.....and that is why she is not getting hired...who would want to hire someone like her...not me....and Neil and his family have been on the young and the restless forever.....so racism is not why she was booted out of that job IMO....

Why is Nikki taking all the blame...she was driving but all she has to say is that Neil pulled the wheel.....and as far as Chris being pregnant....she was what like 6 months pregnant...she looked more like she was anorexic....no sign of her being pregnant....so is she leaving the show again..Not sure why they even brought her back as Pauls wife only to make appearances every 2 months or so.....Paul needs a good wife!
I was glad to hear Devon hit back with the fact that Neil cheated and Impregnated his brother Malcolm’s fiancée Sofia. Jack, Ashley
Jack comes to the lab and tells Ashley that Abby has been sleeping with Austin. Jack and Ashley argue. Ashley accuses Jack of acting erratically. Jack tells her he saw Victor come out of the confessional and thinks he was conferring with someone.
Summer, Phyllis, Nick, Sage
Summer is still venting at Austin’s casket when Nick and Phyllis come in. Nick says she has nothing to feel guilty about but Summer says she does. She says she needs to be alone and runs out with Noah right behind her.
Sage arrives at the church and apologizes to Nick for not being there for him. She says she needs to end the sham of a marriage and go into a real divorce. She thinks Gabe will make it difficult. She says that Gabe is not the same person Nick went to school with and Gabe will never be okay with the divorce.
The Group (Mariah, Kevin, Summer, Abby, Kyle, Noah)
Part of the group is at the Abbott cabin and wonder who wrote the message on the mirror. Kevin wonders who wanted Austin out of the way. Summer arrives and Kyle tells her the blood on the towel was Austin’s but they don’t know who killed him. Abby enters the room and Summer accuses her of killing Austin. She tries to attack Abby but Noah stops her. Abby leaves.
Summer is alone with Kyle and he tells her he never meant to hurt her but got caught up when he saw Austin and Abby. Kyle says she deserved better. Kyle wants to help her through this. Summer goes for a nap and Kyle removes the message on the mirror.

Paul arrests Nikki. Paul tells them the eye witnesses say that Nikki swerved into Chris. Paul tells the officer to put Nikki into a cell. Nikki’s lawyer arrives and says that will not happen and they take Nikki home. Paul goes into his office and says “this isn’t over Victor”.
Victor and Nikki come home. Phyllis arrives right behind them and says she is there to pick up her things. Nikki leaves and Victor tells Phyllis that Nikki hit Chris with the car and Chris lost the baby. Phyllis tells him that Austin was unfaithful to Summer with Abby.
Dylan comes into Paul’s office and Paul confirms that Nikki deliberately hit Chris according to witnesses. Paul says he is partly to blame for the arguments about Nikki and Dylan and he let this come between him and Chris. He tells Dylan he is grateful to be in his life but he should have told Chris she and the baby meant as much to him. He says he failed Chris. Dylan tells him not to run.
Chris, Dylan, Nikki
Dylan tries to calm Chris when she wakes up. Chris tells Dylan she lost he baby and that it was Nikki’s fault.
Nikki comes to see Chris and Chris says she knew Nikki couldn’t stay away and asks if she is there to gloat. Chris asks Nikki if she wanted to eliminate her so she could have Paul and Dylan’s attention? Nikki denies this and says that Chris ran into the street. Chris becomes hysterical and accuses Nikki of killing her baby and screams for Nikki to leave. Paul and Dylan arrive and Dylan escorts Nikki out.
Chelsea, Billy, Adam, Sage, Jack
Chelsea comes downstairs and Billy proposes. She turns him down and says the only reason he is proposing is because he thinks Gabe has feelings for her. Billy denies it and say he wants her because she gets him completely. She accepts. Adam and Sage arrive and Billy announces their engagement. Adam is not happy. Billy and Chelsea leave. Adam takes a strip out of Sage for telling Chelsea he had feelings for her.
Jack comes home and Adam tells him Billy and Chelsea are engaged. He wants Jack to tell Billy this is not a good idea. Adam says he might go to the police and tell them that Billy shot him.
Adam says he will do whatever is necessary to get his family back with or without Jack’s help. Jack says
Later, Billy comes home and tells Jack he and Chelsea are engaged. Jack tells him he is moving too fast. Billy is puzzled by Jack’s reaction and Jack says if this is what he wants he stands behind him and will throw him an engagement party.

Vicky and Ben are at CL and he tells her that Paul and Chris lost their baby in the accident. He says he is considering going back to medicine.
Billy and Chelsea arrive at CL and Vicky and Ben congratulate them on their engagement. Vicky tells Ben she can move on. Ben leaves and sees Vicky playing with her wedding ring.
Ben goes to the lab and tells Ashley that Billy and Chelsea got engage. He doesn’t think Vicky can get past her love for Billy.
Abby arrives at CL and breaks down crying in Vicky’s arms. Abby tells her she fell hard for Austin but he did not feel the same way.
Day Ahead

Vicky, Ben
Vicky and Ben are at CL and Ben is distracted. Vicky senses something is wrong. Ben says that Billy’s engagement has upset her more than she is letting on. He says he saw her looking at her ring tattoo. She tells him she has made an appointment to have it removed and Ben is seeing things that are not there. Vicky tells him that Abby was in love with Austin. She asks him to be really nice to Abby the next time he sees her. Ben agrees and leaves.
Billy, Chelsea
Billy asks Chelsea if she is stressing because she is having second thoughts. She says she is not but is overwhelmed since she has never planned a formal wedding and has to plan an engagement party and showers. She says there is a lot to deal with and Billy suggests they elope. Billy tells her he is looking forward to starting the next chapter in their lives. Chelsea will not elope.
Sage, Adam, Lawyer, Billy, Chelsea
Adam is upset that Jack is throwing Billy an engagement party. Sage tells Adam no more pretense because they are getting a divorce. Adam tells her they can’t get divorced and thinks this is all about Nick and she is delusional. Adam asks her if she is ready to give up all those millions. She tells him there is more to life than money. He reminds her she was the one who gave him Gabe’s face. Mr. Tipton, the estate lawyer, arrives and questions them but he is suspicious. He leaves after questioning them. Sage says he will not like the reason she kept her mouth shut. Sage sets some ground rules. She feels empowered by his need for the Bingham fortune. She tells him no more talking about her relationship with Nick. He will treat her with respect and he will let things play out with Billy and Chelsea. He tells her she will not tell him what to do. She says she just did and smiles when he leaves.
Chelsea comes to the AC and bumps into Sage. She tells her the engagement party is tomorrow. Sage asks if Chelsea is having second thoughts. Chelsea says no and wants to spend her life with Billy.
Adam comes home and Billy asks Adam how things went with Mr. Tipton. Adam says it was hard for Sage to keep up the pretense. Billy asks Adam to be his best man. Adam looks for excuses. Billy says if it wasn’t for Adam rescuing him, he would not be marrying Chelsea. Adam accepts.
Abby, Ashley, Ben
Abby comes to see Ashley and tells her that she is in a really dark place right now. Ashley hugs her and tells her that she has not had good role models in her and Victor and she can sympathize with Abby. She tells Abby to find a way to earn Summer’s forgiveness. Ashley tells her not to give up and keep trying. Ben arrives and tells Abby he liked some of her marketing ideas. Ashley leaves. Ben says that Austin approached him about a video he was making about the business titans and how they come up the ranks but to Ben it felt like an expose of the Newman and Abbot clans. Abby says Austin was trying to gather information about the Abbot’s and Newman’s but not to take them down. Ben says Austin did not come across that way. She does not believe Austin would use her that way and leaves.

At the cabin Summer opens the armoire and sees a reflection of Austin but when she turns he is not there. Abby has a flashback to an argument with Austin about kissing Abby. He grabs her and she tells him to let only to see its Kyle holding her. Summer tells him she remembered something new. He tells her to piece together what happened that night. Summer tells him everything she remembers but does not remember hitting Austin. She recalls holding the statuette but dropped it and she did not hit Austin with it. She says someone else killed Austin. Abby arrives at the cabin. Abby tells her there is something about Austin she should know. Abby makes a profound apology but Summer slaps her and tells her she will never forgive her. Summer and Kyle leave.

TUESDAY US SPOILER!!!
Victor
Victor is in the confessional and says that Jack will be stripped of everything – he will lose everything. He tells this person to be patient and it will all work out.
Phyllis, Jack, Avery
Phyllis tells Jack that Victor is going to clear her of all charges against her. Avery arrives and tells Phyllis the trial date has been pushed up and is proceeding the next day. Avery says she will ask for a continuance. Phyllis tells Avery that Victor and Jack are working together to clear her. Jack says he will go over Chris’ head if he has to, by calling in a few favors and that Victor claims to have an ace in the hole.
Dylan, Avery, Joe
At CL Avery and Dylan plan their evening. Avery gets a call and their plans change. After Avery leaves, Joe drops a box off with Dylan for Avery. He says he will be staying in GC as he has a new business venture. Joe tells Dylan that Avery will want what’s in the box.
Avery returns and Dylan tells her Joe dropped off a box. She tells him she has eradicated Joe from her life. Avery opens the box and pulls out her wedding dress. Avery tells him the dress reminds her of her grandmother and he has to get past this perception that Joe is trying to break them up. Avery leaves and Joe peaks in to see the effect this had on Dylan.
Chris, Paul
Chris comes back to GCPD and Paul tries to convince her to go home and Chris says she is moving Phyllis’ court date up and Phyllis is finally going to get what’s coming to her. She says there is no point in waiting. She says she knows Nikki will not be prosecuted because Paul won’t let it happen. Paul tells her he arrested Nikki but Chris says now she is out on bail and is free to enjoy her son with Paul. Chris says Nikki killed her daughter. Paul says it was his daughter too. He assures Chris he would not stand in the way of Nikki being prosecuted. Chris accuses him of siding with Nikki about everything. Paul says she needs time to heal. She is turning everything into anger. Chris refuses to go home because she can’t face the nursery. Paul suggests they go to the AC for a couple of days and then they will put away the baby’s things together.
Jack and Phyllis come into the AC and Chris and Paul come in right behind them. Chris attacks Phyllis verbally and tells her the witness will bury her. Phyllis asks if it’s Kelly. Kelly approaches and says there will be no trial after she tells them what she found out.
Nikki, Neil, Victor
Neil tells Nikki this has to stop and he thinks they need to come forward about the accident. Nikki says they have to stick to the story or he will be charged with manslaughter. He says Paul is coming after her as well. Neil says he is responsible and he deserves what he gets. Nikki tells him she lied for him and they better stick to their story or they will both wind up in jail.
Victor comes home and asks Nikki why Neil was there. She tells him they had been through a horrific ordeal together. Victor pushes Nikki for answers about the accident and wonders if Neil had anything to do with the it and if that is the reason he was there. Nikki says she was driving and Neil was not the cause of the accident. He asks when Neil started drinking and she says his marriage to Hilary fell apart. Victor accuses her of hiding something. Victor gets a call from Jack. Before leaving he tells her he has had all the booze removed.
Nikki calls Neil and assures him Victor does not know anything. She tells him she is going to a meeting and would like him to go with her.
Lily, Devon, Neil, Victor, Jack, Kelly
Lily asks Devon if he has seen Neal. They discuss the accident. Devon admits he knew he knew the fallout would hurt Neil. Lily blames Devon for Neil’s drinking and that Hilary is even more responsible for what has happened to Neil and their family.
Kelly approaches and tells Lily Phyllis’ trial is going ahead sooner than expected and she is not worried. Lily questions why Kelly is so confident.
Jack meets Victor at the AC and tells Victor that Phyllis’ trial date has been moved up. Victor tells Jack that Phyllis will walk and he guarantees it. Victor spots Kelly talking to Lily.
Neil is at AC drinking and Victor tells him that Nikki has him worried. He says that he doesn’t think Nikki is telling him everything. Victor says he will not allow Nikki to be prosecuted for something she didn’t do.
Neil tries to leave but Devon insists on driving him home. Neil tells Devon he killed Chris’ baby when he grabbed the wheel.
Day Ahead
- Neil insists on going to the police but Devon tells him he needs to sober up first
- Summer shows Kyle a message on her hand mirror “I saw what you did” written in lipstick
- Mariah accuses Abby of returning to the scene of the crime

Victor
Victor is in the confessional and says that Jack will be stripped of everything – he will lose everything. He tells this person to be patient and it will all work out.
Phyllis, Jack, Avery
Phyllis tells Jack that Victor is going to clear her of all charges against her. Avery arrives and tells Phyllis the trial date has been pushed up and is proceeding the next day. Avery says she will ask for a continuance. Phyllis tells Avery that Victor and Jack are working together to clear her. Jack says he will go over Chris’ head if he has to, by calling in a few favors and that Victor claims to have an ace in the hole.
Dylan, Avery, Joe
At CL Avery and Dylan plan their evening. Avery gets a call and their plans change. After Avery leaves, Joe drops a box off with Dylan for Avery. He says he will be staying in GC as he has a new business venture. Joe tells Dylan that Avery will want what’s in the box.
Avery returns and Dylan tells her Joe dropped off a box. She tells him she has eradicated Joe from her life. Avery opens the box and pulls out her wedding dress. Avery tells him the dress reminds her of her grandmother and he has to get past this perception that Joe is trying to break them up. Avery leaves and Joe peaks in to see the effect this had on Dylan.
Chris, Paul
Chris comes back to GCPD and Paul tries to convince her to go home and Chris says she is moving Phyllis’ court date up and Phyllis is finally going to get what’s coming to her. She says there is no point in waiting. She says she knows Nikki will not be prosecuted because Paul won’t let it happen. Paul tells her he arrested Nikki but Chris says now she is out on bail and is free to enjoy her son with Paul. Chris says Nikki killed her daughter. Paul says it was his daughter too. He assures Chris he would not stand in the way of Nikki being prosecuted. Chris accuses him of siding with Nikki about everything. Paul says she needs time to heal. She is turning everything into anger. Chris refuses to go home because she can’t face the nursery. Paul suggests they go to the AC for a couple of days and then they will put away the baby’s things together.
Jack and Phyllis come into the AC and Chris and Paul come in right behind them. Chris attacks Phyllis verbally and tells her the witness will bury her. Phyllis asks if it’s Kelly. Kelly approaches and says there will be no trial after she tells them what she found out.
Nikki, Neil, Victor
Neil tells Nikki this has to stop and he thinks they need to come forward about the accident. Nikki says they have to stick to the story or he will be charged with manslaughter. He says Paul is coming after her as well. Neil says he is responsible and he deserves what he gets. Nikki tells him she lied for him and they better stick to their story or they will both wind up in jail.
Victor comes home and asks Nikki why Neil was there. She tells him they had been through a horrific ordeal together. Victor pushes Nikki for answers about the accident and wonders if Neil had anything to do with the it and if that is the reason he was there. Nikki says she was driving and Neil was not the cause of the accident. He asks when Neil started drinking and she says his marriage to Hilary fell apart. Victor accuses her of hiding something. Victor gets a call from Jack. Before leaving he tells her he has had all the booze removed.
Nikki calls Neil and assures him Victor does not know anything. She tells him she is going to a meeting and would like him to go with her.
Lily, Devon, Neil, Victor, Jack, Kelly
Lily asks Devon if he has seen Neal. They discuss the accident. Devon admits he knew he knew the fallout would hurt Neil. Lily blames Devon for Neil’s drinking and that Hilary is even more responsible for what has happened to Neil and their family.
Kelly approaches and tells Lily Phyllis’ trial is going ahead sooner than expected and she is not worried. Lily questions why Kelly is so confident.
Jack meets Victor at the AC and tells Victor that Phyllis’ trial date has been moved up. Victor tells Jack that Phyllis will walk and he guarantees it. Victor spots Kelly talking to Lily.

I think it was Joe...there must have been in there something about him and what he has done to help Victor...like beating up Dylan...Im sure that was not Joes first run in beating up people for his cause....I think Kyle started out as being a good guy...but he had a real problem with Summers $$$ and that he did not have any...so I think he was going to do this under cover to get a lot of $$$$$.

WEDNESDAY US SPOILER!!!
Devon, Neil, Hilary
Devon brings a drunk Neil home. Neil says he needs to go to the police station. Devon tells him he needs to sober up. Neil says he needs to confess as Hilary walks in. She asks what he needs to confess to. She says she came for her things. Neil says he is going to jail. Hilary wants to know what’s going on. Devon tells her to leave and asks for her key. Hilary will give him the key when he tells her about Neil. Devon gives her a chunk of money and tells her to leave. Neil says he killed a baby. Devon says it wasn’t his fault and explains about the accident. Devon tells her it’s not her concern so Hilary takes the money and leaves.
Phyllis, Jack, Kelly, Chris, Paul, Victor
Kelly tells everyone that she lied about everything in her desperation to hang on to Jack. Chris asks why she is changing her story and Paul asks if someone is threatening her. Kelly looks at Victor and so does Jack. Chris and Paul tell her that she will be prosecuted if they find out she is lying. Kelly says she is disgusted with the person she has become and lied about Phyllis. Jack tells Kelly to stop. Victor sits in the background and smiles. Chris says she will not allow Kelly to take the fall for Phyllis.
Paul takes Chris aside and tells her she can’t let her emotions cloud her judgment.
Kelly tells Jack she did everything because she loves him but knows he does not feel the same about her. Jack stops Phyllis from attacking Kelly. Kelly admits that the day Phyllis came to the church that she lost Jack. Phyllis says she will make Kelly pay. Kelly collapses.
Victor steps in and tells Chris that the charges against Phyllis should be dropped and Kelly agrees. Paul arrests Kelly.
Jack asks Victor what he offered Kelly to confess and what if Kelly changes her mind. Victor suggests Jack focus on the fact that Phyllis has had all charges dropped and leaves. Phyllis asks Jack why he isn’t happy about this. Jack says he knows what Victor is capable of and knows what Kelly has been through because of him.
At the police station Paul takes Kelly’s statement. Kelly admits Phyllis never tried to harm her. Paul comes into his office and gives Chris the tape. He tells her they have to drop the charges against Phyllis. Chris leaves very angry.
Victor comes to see Kelly in the interrogation room. She tells him she did what he wanted. He tells her she will get what she wants and more.
The Group at Abbott Cabin
Summer and Kyle arrive at CL. Summer is still griping about Abby having the nerve of showing up at the cabin. She opens her mirror and shows Kyle the message within. “I saw what you did”.
Abby is at the cabin and recalls her conversation with Mariah saying Summer had the perfect motive for killing Austin – he was cheating on her.
Mariah arrives and accuses Abby of returning to the scene of crime. Abby tells Mariah she came to apologize to Summer. Courtney, Kyle, Kevin and Summer arrive and Summer accuses Abby of writing the message in her mirror. Kyle tells Summer there had been a message on the mirror in the armoire. Kyle says no one leaves the cabin until they find out who did this. Abby apologizes to Summer yet again and says she always makes the wrong decisions. Summer does not accept the apology and Abby leaves . Kyle goes after her.
Noah says he doesn’t believe anything Kyle says and feels the timing of Kyle’s arrival in GC is strange. They find it strange that Fen took off right after Austin died. Summer accuses Mariah of possibly killing Austin. Noah and Kevin stop Mariah and Summer from attacking each other. Kevin says this is exactly what this person wants. Mariah says she is not going to jail for that spoiled brat. Kevin says that whatever Fen put in the punch he did not intend for them to pass out. They hear a noise, run outside and realize they have been watched. Kevin comes back inside and says he saw a bunch of footprints and they could have been anybody’s. Summer thinks they should go to the police. Summer says she did not kill Austin and explains what she remembers about the statuette and Austin was still alive when she dropped it. She thinks they should confess. Kevin says if they confess, they are all in big trouble.
Kyle catches up to Abby at CL. Abby says she is a horrible person and hates what she did to Summer. Kyle says he understands why Abby wrote the messages. Abby denies writing the messages, becomes angry and tells Kyle maybe she will go to Paul and tell him exactly what happened and leaves.
Summer Noah and Courtney are walking through the park and find an unconscious Abby. She had been hit over the head.
Day Ahead
- Nick asks Sharon if she wants to know if he has started to forgive her yet
- Avery wakes from a nightmare and says No I can’t do it as Dylan watches
- Kyle asks if Abby is okay and Noah asks him where he was
