I will gladly add you to the FE list. All I need are everyones first names, ages of kids and your stateroom number if you already have it.

The list is already long and I will divide it into several smaller groups (between 20-25 staterooms on decks close together) once we have reached the cut off date.

When we booked this cruise we could only get a guaranteed room in the category we wanted. Is this typical for booking within 6 months of the cruise? What are the chance of an upgrade? Or should we change our category to get a room?

Your guess is as good as mine. We usually book right when they release the new itinerary, so the whole guarantee rooms is a bit Greek to me. But I can see that for this cruise it might be very likely they are running low on inventory in your category - there is a price drop from the cruise before this one to this one. So I guess a lot of people would choose this one.

We have only ever booked a cruise over a year out as well. This was a cruise that we just decided on in the past week so I guess it is nearly last minute for us as well! All rooms from 11 up to 5C were guaranteed only. I did like the price drop, it must have something to do with all the schools in the southern states being back in.

Hi everyone!!

Soooo looking forward to this trip! This will be our 3rd cruise, we did this route back in 2010 for our first cruise and loved it.
My husband, my DD (will be 11 by the cruise) and I would like to participate in the FE, I’ll send a PM with my info.

Right now looks like we’ll be in room 6556, though I just discovered that its above the cinema so we are seriously considering calling our travel agent to see what options we have for changing rooms.

My DD is very shy, so I’m hoping to meet others who have daughters with a similar age, so that perhaps they can talk / text / establish a connection beforehand and enjoy the cruise more? If anyone’s anywhere near central NJ, we’d be willing to drive and meetup as well.

I thought I read that there’s an FB group for this cruise? How can I find it? Or is that not allowed?? (confused!) We had one for our last cruise and it was really helpful.

Now to search for plane tickets… and plan the magnets for our room door!

We are going to join you, we have had this booked for over a year but we were just waiting to see who was coming. It gets so hard to plan family trips once the kids are working and dating!!
So our group will be DH and I (Dan and Christine) DS 23 and his girlfriend (Jordan and Liesl) DD 19, DS 17, DD 12, (Becca, Mitchell and Nicole).
We will be in 2 rooms Dan and I with the boys in a GTY room and the girls in 8681.
This will be the 7th Disney cruise for some of us (we started cruising before Nicole was born so she missed one) and it will be Liesl's first cruise ever!
We would love to be in the Fish Extender group also! Thanks for arranging that Karin!

Third cruise ! That is a great itinerary, we did it in 2013 and loved it too.
If I remember correctly you are already signed up for the FE.
