Haven't seen a meet thread for this cruise yet, so thought I would start one. This will be our third cruise on the Fantasy and really looking forward to a week of relaxing at Satellite Falls!

Hello Everyone

My wife Katie, our son Owen (he will almost be 4 at time of cruise) and myself (Brandon) will be taking our first Disney Cruise on the Fantasy on Oct 10th. Before we had our son we took two cruises and are very much looking forward to experiencing the Disney version with our son!

I don't think we will be participating in FE but there is plenty of time to change our minds

We look forward to hearing how the planning is going with everyone between now and Oct 2015 and any planning tips that you think would be good to share. Depending on how good the experience is, we might want to make this an annual vacation.

I just moved our dummy date. We are excited to get planning! It will be myself, DH, DD18, DS16, DS will turn 13 on cruise and DD10. This will be the 3rd Disney cruise for the kids and the 4th for DH and myself but first time doing Eastern Caribbean. We want to join the FE group.

Looks like we will be on this cruise for our 10 Year anniversary. Should keep one going and have the other link to it or its going to get confusing as we go. Have lots of time to figure it out though. I'm also surprised you got FE groups going already, talk about on the ball!

Formatting is always fun on Vboards. Check out how I did it for my last cruise HERE. I also did up some pdf maps that I believe you can find near the end of the threads if you want to get an idea. You may want to consider starting a dedicated thread just for fish extenders to keep the main cruise thread free from FE chatter as people tend to have lots of questions and such. Just an idea.

Hi everyone. I'm Mike and I will be sailing with my wife Tammy on this cruise.

We will be sailing on our first cruise this September on Fantasy's Western Itinerary that includes Jamaica to celebrate our 30th anniversary. We are getting so excited about our upcoming cruise I couldn't wait to book another one so here we are. This will also be our 2nd vacation without the rest of the family but we are planning to take them all in 2016 to celebrate our youngest daughter's college graduation.

My wife had heard great things about the Eastern itinerary and as luck would have it Fantasy is scheduled to sail that very itinerary the week of her birthday so it was too hard to not go ahead and book.

Booked this cruise while on the Wonder last week ... Caribbean here we come! We've missed you ... this time we bring back 2 kids and my parents! Woo Hoo

My DH and I just started planning our next cruise to the Caribbean. So excited already. We will bring our DS15. We haven't booked yet, but this is the one we chose. This is our 2nd Disney cruise. The first one was on the Wonder on the Pixar Cruise. That was such a blast.

We booked our trip last week and are super excited to go! Is it October yet???? It will be myself, my husband, and our 2 daughters as well as our neighbors going. This will be our first time cruising Disney, we've sailed Other lines many times! I'm a huge mouse fan! We visited WDW last October and are headed back next weekend fir a short stay! I just can't get enough!

Cruise Meet threads are doing just fine still managing meet and FE discussions right here on the DIS as they have since FE began (also here on the DIS).

FE organizers generally need to know how many people (adults/children) are participating in each cabin with child ages for age appropriate gift giving. Other information you would like to share such as names, allergies, favorite characters, etc. is up to you. Other personal information is not really necessary. Those organizing FEs typically ask for the information to be posted in the meet thread or sent to them via PM.

For those posting in this Cruise Meet thread to join a FE, if no one comes forward to organize a FE for this cruise, anyone can organize the FE right in this thread.
