Disney Fantasy Eastern~November 7, 2015

Hello fellow Disney Cruisers,

My DH and I just finished our "Honeymoon Cruise" to the Western Caribbean on the Disney Fantasy from November 8-15, 2014. We loved it so much that we decided to book an Eastern Caribbean Cruise for the same time next year. We are already counting down the days until we get to experience the magic of Disney Cruising once again!!

Yes you will be hooked! I'm Timothy and I've done 1 cruise and when we got back home, I immediately scheduled this Nov 7th, 2015 cruise. So far it will be myself (23), my parents (40 - somethings) and my cousin (24). Who else is in their 20's? We should meetup!

Wow, I can't believe the number of people that are already on this thread! This is great! We sailed on the Dream Nov 14-17 this year. The Christmas decorations and activities were just fabulous. We had such an amazing time, so we rebooked on the Fantasy for 2015 while onboard! I'm hoping that the ship will be decorated for Christmas since we are sailing on the Fantasy a whole week earlier. I'm really looking foward to some of the activities offered on the 7 night that werent offered on the 3 night.

We just booked this cruise as well. Our first cruise ever. We cannot wait to go!! Our travelers include me (39), DH (42), DD (18), DD (17) and DS (7). Will my 18 year old be able to hang out with her sister at Vibe etc? Also is it hard for first timers to get reservations at Palo or Remy?

My understanding is that they will not allow 18 yr olds into Vibe as they are considered adults. As for reservations at Palo / Remy for first-timers, the booking window opens up 75 days in advance of your cruise date ... we were able to get the reservations we wanted ... sea dates I think are more popular than ones at port ... and you can also check when you get onboard if you have problems getting the dates that you wanted ... both are great experiences

Hello! Would you care to share your favorite EB excursions with the group? I'm especially interested in ones that would be fun to do with a 6 and 9 year old!

Hello! Would you care to share your favorite EB excursions with the group? I'm especially interested in ones that would be fun to do with a 6 and 9 year old!

Our opinions may not help you as we are a retired couple and don't do a lot of ship's excursions. However, I would suggest that in Saint Martin you take the island tour so you can say you've been to two different countries. I'd also avoid any water sport kind of things there as the seas are a bit rougher than in St. Thomas, if you're interested in that kind of stuff. Beaches are fine though.

In St. Thomas take the island tour. Or perhaps the one that goes to Coral World, with a stop at Coki beach. If you're into water sports (snorkeling?) then St. John has a beautiful beach with a underwater snorkel trail.
