Okay will try that again so bus stop number four is really the 3rd pick up??? Confused

Yes from what I understand. Sortof. Cause I think when the bus is going to DTD or something, it is the 4th stop.
But from what I understand it's the 3rd stop when going to the parks. :confused3

I'll figure it all out when I get there!
95 days to go!!!

I just read a review that said the buses from CSR to Downtown Disney don't began until noon. We have reservations for the BBB there at 10:20am, how do we get there? I really don't want to pay for a cab, if there's an alternative.

I guess we'll be figuring it out together, I leave in 95 days too... LOL :cool1:

That would be something new if its true, they've always started first thing in the morning when we've been there. Cab would be the only other way. Shouldn't be more than $10-$15.

Hi,

We will be staying at CSR for the first time in December! :cool1:

My handicapped Mother will be coming along for the trip. We will be driving our car to the parks each day.

We made no requests on the reservations. We have 2 standard rooms booked. Could you tell me the buildings/rooms to request for the closest parking?

It's our 15th trip to WDW, but our first stay at CSR!!! :cheer2: Had initially booked POR, but could not get a room with Free Dining. I am sooooo excited, but a little apprehensive.

Thx!!!!!!! :wave2:

There is parking directly behind each building, so if that is your only criteria you will be fine. :)

Hi all, I have a reliable update on the fridges at CSR. This information is credited to Buzz, who is the most reliable source of info related to CSR.

They have currently replaced 1200 of the 1900 fridges. Target date to have the other 700 replaced is Aug. 25th. There is a huge convention that has the entire resort booked from 8/25-8/28 and then the big car show weekend after that. They are hoping to have all the fridges replaced for that. I think this is good news for many on this thread! :thumbsup2

I'm not going until November so was feeling fairly confident about having fridges by then, but this will be great news for lots of people!

Hypothetically speaking, you could take one bus to one of the parks, then another to POFQ, then the boat to DTD. But I doubt you'd want to do that! :lmao:

you laugh but I had considered doing that for the night fun of it.
I just have to make sure that the park transportation doesn't close on me before I get back to PoFQ. ;) But I guess to go back I could just get on my resort bus. hmmmmm
That is different than a breakfast ADR I guess.

Does CSR have wifi now? Are there good connections in the rooms? I read that some resorts didn't have good connections. I know the kids will want to play on their ipods and I don't really want them using all my data

Just back from a short 2-nt stay at CSR Business Class (after a 4-nt stay at BWI CL). We loved it!

This was my 3rd trip to CSR, and after having been in Casitas & Ranchos, the $$ for Business Class was worth it alone for the location. We were on the back side of 9B, which is probably the least desirable location in Cabana 9B, and we were still only 1-2 min. walk from the lounge, the main bus stop (#1 El Centro) and the quiet pool & laundry in front of Cabana 9A. The main pool was about a 3-minute walk.

The lounge staff was very friendly & the food was great. We missed the afternoon drinks & snacks like at a Deluxe resort CL but the other times they were open, the lounge was great. The fruit at breakfast was far better than any CL we've stayed in.

Staff overall at CSR was wonderful. The Dig Site was crowded but it was HOT HOT HOT every day. My sons enjoyed the pool games & ping pong table.

Now I'm spoiled & will not ever want to stay at CSR without staying in Business Class!

Someone just asked about wifi - it was spotty at best - but had been that way earlier in the week at BWI too. Our 1st night we had no connection in the room at all, the next day it was hit or miss.

Yes they have wifi and it worked fine during my last stay (December).

Thanks for the update. Will be staying in business class in October and have been debating whether or not it was worth the cost.

Sorry to hear about your wifi issues. We were in Casitas 1 in December and had no problems at all.
