Greetings!!! Driving down from SC to my hometown MIAMI for this cruise with DH and DS 15. This is DS 2nd cruise (went on the 1st one kicking and screaming. Now he helps plan them) and hopes to make lifelong friends at the Vibe.

Do we know if they'll have pirate night? Excited that the Xmas festivities will be held.

Hello - Just found Disboard on Pinterest and here we are! So excited to join. We are the Lundys - Kym (me), Paul (DH) and Emma (DD) 10 (2 months shy of 11).

I am a native of Florida and probably have been going to Disney World since the 2nd year it opened and then several times a year growing up. Paul is from Chicago and has loved WDW and sharing our love with our daughter. I look forward to getting to know everyone and tips since this is our 1st Disney Cruise.


My family and I are so excited to be traveling during Thanksgiving and can't believe all the new improvements to the ship and extras like the movie Frozen that will be release while we are on the ship 11/27 and for more information about OUR cruise from Disney Parks Blog:
Beginning November 10 Disney Magic, we’ll celebrate all your favorite winter holidays with extra-special events and activities through the new year. You can build gingerbread houses, meet Santa Claus, and listen as holiday storytellers share tales of Christmas, Hanukkah and Kwanzaa … or just relax on deck instead of shoveling snow!

These voyages ignite holiday cheer from the very first night at “King Triton’s Tree Lighting Ceremony,” where a young guest will help light the three-deck-tall tree in the ship’s atrium lobby. Hi Holly4. I also have a 9 year old daughter (she'll be 10 when we cruise). Morgan would love to "get to know" your daughter before and maybe meet up with her in the lab to have a familiar face while sailing. Let me know if you are interested! We've never sailed on the Magic either, we are looking forward to it!!!

Our daughter Emma will be 10... 2 months shy of 11 by the time we cruise, I know she'd love to make some friends. She took an Hawaiian Island cruise this summer with her grandmother and speaks fondly of the girls she met on the cruise and the kids area. She lost her contacts when she accidentally left her information on the table.

Hi everyone! We just booked this cruise today. We were originally booked on the Nov. 9th Western cruise, but had to change it due to my husband's work schedule. We are looking forward to cruising over Thanksgiving, as well as checking out the new features on the Magic. There will be 8 of us. It will be me (Vicki), my hsband (Marty) and 6 children - DD Adriane 15, DS Zach 11, DD Stephanie 9, DS Isaac 6, DS Vincent 3, DS Elias 1.

We would also like to do Fish Extenders and I can get a list going if anyone else is interested in playing. Just PM me your info or post here and I can make a list. I will need names, ages, and room numbers.

My Daughter Adriane is going to start a kids thread today. They would enjoy meeting some new friends on this cruise.
