I'M JUST SHOWBOATIN' AROUND THE WORLD! & getting pooped on. Jan 13 TR! NEW TR POSTED!

Love your photo of Main Street, especially how you got one of the Main Street vehicles in there! Beautiful view. :goodvibes

I really loved the Little Mermaid ride in DCA, but what I really can't wait for in MK is the queue and Eric's castle! It all looks so beautiful in pictures, I know I'm just going to be that sap crying as I walk in and see it in person for the first time.

That Space Mountain photo is amazing!!! Gotta agree with you on the TTA...since we seem to ride it a lot more now that we take Paxton, it has become one of my favorites. So relaxing.

I'm gonna reply separately here because I don't want to forget my comments by the time I get to the next set of updates.

Also, I definitely read the older updates before and opened a reply and never typed one because I just found it open on my ipad. So, take 2 I guess :lmao:

Ah World of Color sounds amazing and having a view of it from your room sounds even more amazing. Of course, I haven't seen it yet and I kinda refuse to youtube it because I want to be completely surprised the first time I see it. But, based on what I've read, sounds completely awesome!

Your pictures of the Boardwalk at night are gorgeous! Seriously. I would give anything to be looking at that right now.

Ugh I'm sorry that lady was so rude. BUT your bag is the cutest thing ever! And she was definitely just jealous that you guys are so young and able to buy yourself nice things. So there. :crazy2: That would be my very-age-appropriate response!

I love that you guys wrote lyrics about waiting for the boat. I do the same thing when waiting for things or when I'm really excited about things but usually mine have like one lyric so yours sounds better than mine hahaha

Ok on to read the rest!

Excited to read more, and to hear more about your Sept trip! I know that it’s looking like all of us (Courntey, Jen and us] will be at the same MNSSHP, so we definitely need to grab some trick or treating or meet and greets/dance parties together!!

AH IS THIS TRUE?!?! I somehow missed this. Actually not that surprising because my Disboard time has been close to 0 recently.

BUT this made my day and I am super excited!

Ah what a bummer that your back was hurting! :worried: I hope it didn't bother you too much during the day!

But yay for Amy feeling better. And omg I literally laughed out loud at the picture of them planking. Hahaha that is too priceless. And the thought of someone seeing them like that is even more hilarious.

WDW is the only place I will willingly get out of bed early. Seriously, every morning I snooze my alarm at least 3 times. In Disney, I'm that obnoxious morning person that everyone hates saying AH GET UP IT'S TIME TO GO NOW!

The CP food is making me hungry. I'm glad to hear you guys love it so much. We're eating there for the first time in September and I can't wait!

I would've been so disappointed if Under the Sea was closed! At least you guys were able to get on it later! UGH that area is so gorgeous. Disney did a fantastic job with it and your photos from the ride came out amazing!

Love the picture of you with the White Rabbit too!

Good call of sitting out of SM with your back bothering you.

I think I'm officially all caught up now (or un-officially cause I mean, I'm not sure what would make it official... :lmao: maybe I'm overthinking this)!

Hi Dani-
Haven't commented in a while but I've been reading along faithfully. Your enthusiasm and beautiful smile are so wonderful! I love, love your pictures - what a great shot of Ursula. And don't even get me started on your night time pictures of Haunted Mansion from a few posts back. After the Peoplemover, my husband's second favorite is HM. I showed him those pictures and he was blown away. Honestly, you could have a second career... Still working on trying to get a trip to DL for the Christmas decorations...don't know if it will happen:(, but Mexico is only a month away now!:goodvibes

I have nothing productive to contribute to this update except: SWOON!! Hot Gaston! Bestill my beating heart! (I feel like the blonde triplets fawning")

AH IS THIS TRUE?!?! I somehow missed this. Actually not that surprising because my Disboard time has been close to 0 recently.

BUT this made my day and I am super excited!

Im like. 99% sure!! Hahah I know Jen's doing that date, my tickets bought! Lol, and I know I matched up with Courtney!! Its gonn be grereeeeeewaaaaaat

aaahhh I LOVE your pictures of the ariel ride!!! I am a HUGE little mermaid fan and I loved it anyway, but fiance proposed to me on the ride at DCA, so now I have a serious fondness for it:) I can't wait to ride again!!!

oh my god, I just thought about how funny it would be if Bruce & Amy accidentally had the wrong door. Holly just growled at me for waking her up laughing at that. I am dying.

I haven't had my big camera at Disney since New FL opened, and seeing your perfect pictures is making me regret every single time I decided not to take it. Your pictures just keep getting better and better! By the time you guys get here in October, they're going to be so wonderful & realistic, they'll be moving like in Harry Potter.

3 months & 3 weeks until you're in Florida agaaaaaaain!

Aw thank you! CP is such a wonderful place to get food and meet adorable characters!

I have never seen Pooh waffles? Not sure what they even look like! :confused3

Awe, man I can't believe you never got to see the Pooh waffles! They were one of the reasons that I loved CP so much! Here is my last PW in all it's glory from our trip back in '07. I had no idea that was the last time I'd ever see one! If I'd only known then. You have no idea how terribly sad this makes me. :(:sad:

Hey Dani, I read some of your PTR over the weekend and saw that you are also a big Mumford and Sons fan! They're so amazing to see live...we are doing the Gentlemen of the Road tour again this year which is basically a music festival/camping experience. If you ever get the chance to see them live...especially outdoor, I would take it!

Wow! The photo of main street is amazing! The view from up there always means so much more to me as it’s the view from the castle stage and I just know one of these days I’ll be dancing up there! Lol.

Womp Womp!! Sad that LM ride was closed!

AAAAAAAHHHHHHH HOT GASTON!! Like, I’m flustered enough with any Gaston, but I would literally be speechless around that guy, he’ is TOO GOOD LOOKING. …if that’s even a possible thing… Also, I’m totally drinking water out of the gaston cup I got at the tavern….

Ha! Hilarious Buzz ride photo. I love the Peoplemover, it’s such a nice relaxing ride through Tomorrowland! Ha! Another great ride photo!

So glad you got on and loved LM, it’s such an amazing area of MK, the whole expansion is done so amazingly, and hey, it may be the same as the one in DCA, but WDW’s queue is WAY superior! Haha Amazing photos!!

Thanks! That's a pretty good reason to love that view. :thumbsup2

Yeah it was a wompwomp moment; I wished we had known that so we could go head off and do something else!

But yeah, that Gaston was amazingly beautiful. I drink water out of our Gaston cup, too! Hahaha. It just makes it better.

I love the PeopleMover; I could stay on it for an hour and never get sick of it.

Yeah I agree, I love that area. I'd heard the animatronics in the DCA one weren't as good as the one in DLR. I may have to check it out in DCA for comparison on our next trip!

I love your MainStreet photo! So pretty!
I think I have seen 'college age' Gaston. He is adorable!

Yes, agreed, this Gaston was pretty adorable. And thank you! :)

Wow, your Under the Sea pictures are great! I really enjoyed that ride too. It is amazing.

Thank you so much! I loved that ride and can't wait to go on it again.

YES photo from the hub!!! Best and almost never done by most.

Ca-Las-Sic... LOVE IT!

Buzz produces some of the best on ride photos seriously. People look possessed. It's awesome.

Finally, I have to say that even though I'm not a huge twitter-er, I do check it from time to time and yes, The Office leaving the air is brutal. Just brutal. I couldn't even watch it last night (too painful), choosing instead to relive some of the old episodes on Netflix.
Tonight I will finally watch the finale since I don't have to work tomorrow and probably will have a tough time sleeping afterwards.
I just know it's going to be really hard...

...That's what she said. :sad1:

Totally agreedo! I love that view!

Stacey is just the best. I miss her on my TV right now. Wah.

Buzz does amazing things to people's faces. I just loved Bruce's creepy face, hahaha.

OMG, yeah, it was just so brutal and sad and ugh. I am going to miss that show so, so much... I'm just glad the finale was so perfect.

I love that shot of Main Street from the Hub!! I just love Main Street. OKay, I just love every piece of WDW!

PEOPLEMOVIN', were ya?! You know how I feel about that:cool1:! Can you believe I've never done the obligatory foot shot?? Guess I'm a rule breaker.

I have a bad back/neck, so I totally get skipping out on Space. I don't even think I'll do it at all next trip. It has hurt me every single time, and I just give up. Not worth ruining the trip! BUT, their picture is adorable!

Oh, I can't wait to ride LM! I can't wait for the KIDS TO RIDE IT!!!!!!! They are going to be amazed, and I love to watch their amazed faces.

So much filming going on lately! Remember they were filming when we were on our way to early ADR at CP?! It's constant. But, hey, who wouldn't want to film Hot Gaston!?!

Update: The girls had ruled out Haunted Mansion this time. But then they thought about it and said they *might* ride it with Matt because it's his favorite. Maybe. Subject to change.

Main Street is a beautiful thing. Doesn't matter if it's morning or night, it's perfect.

Heck yeah I was PeopleMovin'! That's just how I roll. It's my happy place, for sure... You need to get on top of that foot shot! STAT!

Yeah, I'll probably go on it a few times next trip, but not nearly as many times as I went on it this trip! It just terrifies me beyond belief. I did get a kick out of their photo though!

The kids are going to seriously have their minds blown... It's just such an amazing ride!!

Yeah, it's an early morning type of thing, and quite interesting. Hot Gaston is darn hot though.

OH BOY. This could be a big deal. We love our Haunted Mansion, especially Matt, so hopefully the girls will go on it! ;)

Thanks so much for posting pictures of yourself modeling the D&B bag, looks very cute!

No problemo! I really love having it. :thumbsup2

Great updates!! The crane really is sucky. We almost always go in Janaury so it's always there. My hubby is cute though. The other day we were walking downtown and saw a crane and he was like "The only thing that's missing is Cinderella's Castle." Dawwww.

Wow, Gaston is smokin'. I don't think he is even wearing fake muscles.

I love the People Mover!! I don't blame you for sitting out Space Mountain. It always does a number on my back/neck.
-Amanda

Thank you! The crane is lame, but I'm used to it by now, haha. It always shows up mid-way through our trips in January! That's pretty adorable that your husband made that comment, haha, I love when husbands do that!

Yeah, he really is. UGH THAT MAN. Hahaha.

I love the PeopleMover so much! Space can be quite a wild ride! I can only ride it twice in a row, max, before I'm done. It not only bothers my back, but it also leaves me without a voice because of how much screaming I do on it, hahaha.

Thank you so much! I love the early mornings in MK; it's just beautiful!

I need to go on it in DCA just to see what it's like, and how different it is! WDW's is just beautiful, the queue is amazing and the castle is so neat!

The PeopleMover is so perfect for every member of the family! We don't have any kids yet and I love it, so I hope our future kid(s) enjoy it, as well, hahaha.

Just found your tr and I love it!!! :wave2: Can't wait to see lm ourselves!!!:thumbsup2

Aww yay! Thanks for reading and taking the time to comment!! You are going to LOVE LM!! :)

Wow your pics of new fantasyland make me so excited to finally see it for myself!!

Thanks, it's absolutely fantastic to see in person, seriously!! I can't wait to spend more time there next trip.

I'm gonna reply separately here because I don't want to forget my comments by the time I get to the next set of updates.

Also, I definitely read the older updates before and opened a reply and never typed one because I just found it open on my ipad. So, take 2 I guess :lmao:

Hahaha I can't tell you how many times I've done that!

World of Color is really a beautiful show! I am hoping we have a view of it from our room because I would love to watch it from there. Plus, then we wouldn't have to wait an hour sitting on the ground for it, haha. But I think that's a good idea to leave it as a surprise for yourself!

I would love to be walking around the Boardwalk area right now, even if it's like 1 am there, hahaha.

That lady was lame, but I didn't let her get to me! Like you said, she was just jelly. ;)

Hahaha, we always since the DUMBEST songs, so I'm glad we're bot alone on that. More often than not, the songs are about our dogs. :rotfl:

Ah what a bummer that your back was hurting! :worried: I hope it didn't bother you too much during the day!

Ugh yeah, it was so sad to wake up with my back bothering me that much. It was pretty painful but I tried to focus on other things so I wouldn't be too miserable.

HAHAHA that whole planking thing was just ridiculous. I really wish someone had walked up to them just laying there!

Yeah, same here with WDW! I get up and get going... though I have to admit, I do love the mid-way point where we are more relaxed and get up kind of later. I mean, usually we still manage to get up by 8 at the latest, but still.

I LOVE CP! It's so good and I think you will enjoy it!!

I would've been so disappointed if Under the Sea was closed! At least you guys were able to get on it later! UGH that area is so gorgeous. Disney did a fantastic job with it and your photos from the ride came out amazing!

I think I'm officially all caught up now (or un-officially cause I mean, I'm not sure what would make it official... :lmao: maybe I'm overthinking this)!

It was a bummer; it happened like, multiple days for some reason. So weird. But that area really is beautiful!

Thank you, I thought that photo was pretty cute. :)

PeopleMover is a wonderful substitute for SM in my book!

So glad you're caught up, woohoo! We'll just call it official to make it sound all awesome and what not. :rotfl:

Oh my gosh, no worries at all! I'm so glad you're still reading along... and thank you for the wonderful compliment, that made me really, really happy. :)

I hope you can get to Disneyland for Christmas!! If not this year, next! But hey, Mexico sounds wonderful, and only one month away?! WOOHOO! :cool1:

I have nothing productive to contribute to this update except: SWOON!! Hot Gaston! Bestill my beating heart! (I feel like the blonde triplets fawning")

Hahaha, Gaston is pretty amazingly gorgeous. He just had it so down and was so PERFECT. I was definitely fawning, and I do not normally do that. Buuuut yeah. This guy.. yup.

aaahhh I LOVE your pictures of the ariel ride!!! I am a HUGE little mermaid fan and I loved it anyway, but fiance proposed to me on the ride at DCA, so now I have a serious fondness for it:) I can't wait to ride again!!!

Thank you so much! I remember seeing that your fiance proposed to you on that, SO ADORABLE! GAH. Totally understand why you love it so much!

oh my god, I just thought about how funny it would be if Bruce & Amy accidentally had the wrong door. Holly just growled at me for waking her up laughing at that. I am dying.

HAHAHA that would have been the funniest thing ever. I'm sorry your potato dog got upset, hahahaha.

You should so bring it with you! I mean, at times it's kind of a pain to lug around but I am really happy I did during our trip. I think after not being able to use my camera in Disneyland with all of the rain, I was just glad to be getting video and photos while in Disney World finally!

BUT THANKS. I'm still learning that camera but I'm getting there. BAHAHAH Harry Potter, you crack me up.

WE WILL BE BACK AND WILL GET TO SEE YOU HOORAY!

Great pics! :)

Thanks so much! :)

I had no idea that was the last time I'd ever see one! If I'd only known then. You have no idea how terribly sad this makes me. :(:sad:

NOPE, those are definitely no longer around! But how cute are they?! We first went in January 2011, so between 07 and 2011, they got rid of them, wompwomp. But I swear the Mickey waffles are delightful, as is the Puffed French toast!

Oh, I wanted to tell you that there's new Haunted Mansion merchandise at Disneyland! I saw it on a blog post and it reminded me of you. If you scroll down kinda far here (http://micechat.com/29336-guide-to-monstrous-summer/), they have pictures of a jewelry box, pillows, and a plate or something? (Not sure what the "Room for One More" thingie is.

OH THAT IS AWESOME! We actually just bought a few new HM items from the DisneyStore.com site... a blanket with the wallpaper pattern and a pillow with the wallpaper on one side, and "Tomb Sweet Tomb" on the other. I hope they keep coming out with stuff for us to buy! Haha.

Oh awesome, yes, I am a huge Mumford and Sons fan! We actually saw them live in October of 2010 here in Seattle at the Paramount Theater. I am SO thankful we got to see them in a smaller venue than what they play now, because we will probably never see them in such a small venue ever again... or well, small compared to arenas and such. It was just as they were starting to blow up, so we lucked out.

I'd love to see them outdoors though; I bet it's awesome! They were mind-blowingly amazing live, like, seriously. My friend will see them this weekend at Sasquatch and I am very jealous!

Sasquatch...so jealous as well! That would be an amazing one to see..especially in such a scenic location. One of these days Joe and I are going to have to forgo a WDW trip to make our way up to the Pacific NW...I've been a few times but he hasn't and I know he'd love it.

Seeing them outside was phenomenal they put up cool string lights and it had a totally intimate feel...I'm hoping that they will also make a stop in St. Louis on their way across the country so I can see them in a concert venue as well. Apparently I'm planning on spending all of my money on Mumford & Sons concerts...

P.S. I started my very first PTR..check it out if you're interested!
