Are the Swan/Dophin Resorts included in the Free Dining promotion? If so, are they considered a Moderate/Deluxe?

No, S & D are not Disney owned resorts and you can not even purchase the Disney dining plan while staying there.

No, the S&D aren't included, and they don't qualify for EMH either.....sorry.

They do qualify for EMH (Extra Magic Hours). No Magical Express.

Say I book the package tomorrow with the free dining without the park hopper, and later on (before we travel) we decide we want to do the park hopper, is it possible to add it on at a later date?

Yes you can add it at any time before you travel or you can upgrade at your resort or in the parks at any time. Disney never turns down your money ;-)

I have to wait until tomorrow to book the free dining. We already have 2 rooms reserved at the Caribbean resort. We used a travel agent to book everything for us. Our travel agent doesn't get into the office until 9:00. So, of course, I'm freaking out that we will lose out because of those 2 precious hrs. Can I call Disney myself to get the free dining at 7:00? Or do I have to wait for the travel agent? I have our reservation numbers...THANK YOU!!

CBR is a very large resort and usually one of the last moderates to sell out. There will still be rooms available up until the final booking day of FD for some resorts. You should always have a backup plan, but really I think you will be fine.

You'd have to either book a whole new ressie on your own, with new deposit and all, and then cancel the TA one, or let the TA do it.

Your TA owns your WDW reservation and has to make any changes, you can not.
