Could we assume that FD offer will be released to the general public in a few days, and would it be for the same dates?

My reservation is for 8/30 to 9/7 and switching airplane tickets would cost me more than what we would pay for food OOP

I've read that you can split your stay in order to take advantage of FD. Could I stay in the same hotel? How would it work?

I think they sell out regardless! What can we do to decrease their popularity so discounts will fly?!? My husband asked what my back up and 2nd back up was for Oct.. Ha!

You would do room only for the 30th, 31st, and 1st. FD for the 2-7. Book at same resort or choose two. If you are at same resort, they link ressies in an attempt to keep you in the same room.

After a 20 minute hold, Free dining is done! Had to switch to POFQ because little mermaid rooms were excluded

May I ask....why POFQ for your group? I'm thinking I will go with POP in Oct if FD is offered and LM is excluded. Everyone loves POFQ and POR, but why? Isn't it a little more $? I was thinking because you can sleep 5.....but anything else? We have DD7 and DD4, DH, and myself. Congrats on FD stress relief!

I got AsMo for Sept. 1-9, first night room only discount, rest FD. CM said I was his first call of the day, but he already knew about the sale and had all the info in front of him. Long call due to a computer issue, but he got it done!

The general public free dining offer will be the same as the DV FD offer and will open on May 9.

I got AsMo for Sept. 1-9, first night room only discount, rest FD. CM said I was his first call of the day, but he already knew about the sale and had all the info in front of him. Long call due to a computer issue, but he got it done!

Got mine!!! They asked me if I wanted to stay with my pinned offer, or do the free dining....$600.00 less with free dining than with pinned offer...
Staying at Coronado Sept 19-24...
Youngest son, who is autistic will be turning 21 on the 21st...oldest son who survived an ied explosion while in iraq, will be joining us with our daugher-in-law....plus got reservations at BOG on the 21st...

So doing the happy dance!!!

Just wanted to say thank you for the heads up this was coming!! Just changed our reservation to include the free dining...with 4 kids it is definitely worth it. Only took about 15 minutes on hold and 10 minutes with CM because computers were running slow from all the calls. Thanks again!!!

Got!!! So exciting - save us a bundle at POR since 2 of our 3 kids are now 'adults' as far as pricing goes

Thank you ALL for the leaks and information. I only had to wait about 10 minutes and I had a fantastic cast member. She said the phones have been going crazy this morning, but she has loved talking with so many excited families taking advantage of a great deal!!!

Very happy today ...... This has banished any Monday blues I was experiencing.
