The world of color dinner package, at Arial's, if one can afford it, is lovely - the dinner alone is worth the cost, plus you get admission to a reserved standing area for WOC.

They no longer do this at Ariel's Grotto. WoC dinner packages are now only at Carthay Circle, the Wine Country Trattoria, and the picnic meals.

Hi Shelby,

I can't PM, but thank you so much! I talked to them about it and thought it was full so said we couldn't participate. We would like to if that's ok. Not that we need anything from anyone, but the boys and I are very big on blessing others. If you could send me a list of how many people that would be great. Can't wait to meet you :-)

Casey

I sent my email address in another PM; please email and we'll figure it out!
Just keep posting...one...at...a...time...'til you reach 10 posts!

That is excellent news! :worship: I tried on some shorts and capris today and have a few that fit. I may get another pair of capris or two, but am almost set. :yay:
I'm pretty much set for the cruise but we're doing family photos at WDW on the 5th. So I need something for that. I always love how our photos turn out but have the hardest time figuring out what to wear!

It was 18 degrees when I got up this morning!! I am SO ready for some warm weather. :cloud9:
I guess I really can't complain about our weather. We finally started warming up last week. Tomorrow we have a forecast of 86 with thunderstroms. Very unusual for this time of year for us... but I'm just glad we're past the snow. I was beginning to lose my mind

Hello there, I would like to sign us up for the scavenger hunt and the PJ breakfast, but it says I cannot PM anyone yet.

3 of us: 1 adult, two kids (7&9) Casey, Chad and Noah
Room 6601

Welcome aboard! :goodvibes

Good Morning, Happy Cruisers!

Guess it's time to start thinking about the cruise. We offered on the HUD house yesterday, so now it's a waiting game. Just twiddling my thumbs here.

Did anyone keep a list of who's celebrating what, when on this cruise? I might try to make some cards over the next week.

78 here yesterday. I was a little warm, but it's SO much better than cold and snow, I didn't complain.

Happy Day, all!

We are doing the Wine Country Trattoria, World of Color Lunch Package which is a little cheaper than the dinner but gets you into the same viewing area. Also definitely looking forward to DTD in the evenings.

And, what is the Jessica Rabbit thing?

Thanks so much!

The "Jessica Rabbit thing" is a magnet that will travel to the doors of the people who sign up - you'll autograph it and pass it on to someone else.

If you'd like to participate - just reply here and we'll get you added to the list!

Good luck with the house! Hope it comes through soon. I know we had tons of anniversaries going on while we're on the cruise because I remember our 5 years paled in comparison to many of the others. I didn't keep track of them though. Hope someone can help you out. :goodvibes

Also, I tried to find the facebook page, but I am not having any luck. Any advice?

I'll add you to the list for the scavenger hunt...

Sending house-buying mojo your way - back in 2010, we had a WDW vacation that ended up being scheduled smack-dab in the middle of selling, moving & buying a house! The vacation was planned months ahead of time (of course) and the timing was stressful, but turned out OK. I f I remember correctly, we closed on the new house the afternoon before we left for FL and moved in the weekend after we returned!

For those going to DL after the cruise. Just a heads up. Grad Nights should be in full swing. The way they do it now is they mix in till park closing then they get the parks to themselves. Also if anyone is there 5/24. It's a strong rumor that both parks will be open 24 hours. Now the only thing making me think that is not true is 5/24 is a Grad Night but we will see. If it is true the place will be wall to wall people. Also when it comes to WOC (I am not a fan as it tells no story and I can't figure out what it is about. Drives me nuts) there is really no need to do a dinning package. It's been some time now that there are no longer tickets available for the show. If they do two shows the second one will not even sell out these days. That's why I think they need to get rid of the whole show ticket for WOC. It is pretty easy to get a good viewing area without a dinning package. I only go to DL on Fridays if that helps. So during the week in the off season should make it very easy. Just saying if you want to save a few bucks.

I think we got missed from one of the lists but we will be celebrating 45 yrs of wedded bliss a tad early.

We move on the 30th, put stuff in storage because we don't have a new house, close on our old house on the 1st, and leave for Miami on the 4th...fun times...:faint::bitelip::eek::(

I was very glad we did the dining package last May - same low season, low crowds (except for the grad night crowds). I loved being right down on the water, up front for our first view of WOC, which we loved. I think, if you can go whenever you want and either see it or not, depending on crowds is one thing. But, a once only trip I'd spend the money for lunch package. You have to eat anyway so not that much more. Enjoy!

True you have to eat, all I am saying is that it's really not needed anymore. I could be a little biased cause I am not a fan of the show. I won't lie.
