Hello everyone! I've been lurking this thread for a while now (creepy me!) and we decided to join in the fun. So excited to be doing this cruise, Panama Canal has been a dream for me for a long time.

On our adventure: me (Karin)
DH Stan
and DS Stanley, who will be 18 months

It's Stanley's second Disney cruise, the first was at 10 months - this one should be SO MUCH easier than that was! Plus, I think he will recognize some of the characters this time, which should be a blast.

Does anyone know if or when they may announce any celebrity types that may be on the boat? I know for my TA it was Charro. I was hoping for someone with more of a Disney background on this one.

But 6 weeks from now we will be putting the finishing touches on our packing! We have a Sat flight into FLL. Not sure what we want to do in Ft.L. on Sunday. May just walk to the beach for the day

I think the VGT's assignments will be very last minute and will get what is left of the rooms after those who paid more have theirs!!! Only right of course but....!!!

I can't wait for this cruise... especially because of this extremely long winter. We just had snow on Thursday and now they're calling for 6-8 inches tomorrow. We're usually past snow by this point. The poor kids just want to be able to go outside at school. And I want to open my windows to get some fresh air in!

Megatron you are so right, I just checked and we booked GTY 9c and got a 9b so I guess we did get a little but more important than that is WE ALL SAIL IN 44 DAYS and it doesn't matter what room we are in as long as we make it on the ship!!
P.S. I guess this means I'll be having coffee in the Cove Café with the G&G's since I can't remember what room status I booked.

We had flurries, but it didn't last. We are expecting snow on Sunday night. Some of the weather guessers are saying 8 inches for us as well.

Well, we're not from here, but we are at West Point for now. We've only been here a couple years.

We were in Honolulu last week for a quick trip, it was AMAZING! 78 degrees and sunny every day, such a nice change from all the snow we've had this month. I think we've gotten more snow this March then the past two winters combined. I'm ready for spring.
