So work is overwhelming my life right now. It's so freaking busy that I've had to pull the gun on something I rarely do.

For the next 3 or 4 weeks, I'm heading to work 5 days a week; so my time on the Dis will be totally limited to night shift. I hope to bump into some of you at some stage on the Dis.....

Sorry to hear this. I hope that they are compensating you monetarily for this sacrifice! I remember when I worked three days a week and they asked me to go to five days. I ended up going to no days, but my situation was entirely different.

I don't understand..... What is it that compels you to watch these things? I'm just trying to understand. To me it seems so boring with all the stupidity and stuff. I remember seeing the "highlights" from the Jodi Arias trial when we were on vacay in FL. Fran was trying to point out to me how they have made her look like a librarian, but in the interviews she gave with whatever TV station, she looked like a ho.

I just kept thinking that this gal was just ridiculous. Fran tells me that she likes to watch Jerry Springer and shows like Hoarders to make her feel better that we aren't that @#$%ed up. Please don't tell me you watch these trials to ease your mind on something....

I've asked for Time Off in Lieu. If I'm still there in September, then I'll be billing whilst I am on holiday and that way, I won't need to take any annual leave.
