I checked it 97 times yesterday, because the site was doing something weird. Usually when I check it, I put in my info then when it searches it goes to another screen where it says "1 Restaurant with no availability." Yesterday though, it was staying on the Tomorrowland Terrace Dessert Party page, like it does with all the other dining, and said "No tables available around 5:00pm to 10:00pm on Friday Apr 26, 2013." Today though, it's back to the way it was before...I really hoped something was happening.

You must be looking for the same day I am. Here's to hoping we all can get the dates we want...

Last year we went in June. I remember booking it in March. I'm waiting for this June now. Last year the party was empty. We had lots of tables around us that we're reserved for people that never showed up! It was a wonderful evening. They even made a special dessert plate for my nut allergic daughter.

On the date I am looking at, in June, the park is open till 11' with a second Electrical Parade at 11. So...would the Dessert Party, then Wishes, then heading out to find a spot for the 11 parade work well?

Done just about everything at Disney but the dessert party, this would be a great surprise for grandkids. we are only doing one night in the MK this trip, so have to fit it all in on one night if possible.

This worked for us last June.

I am waiting on April to open up too! We will be celebrating both of my sons birthdays at this time. One will be 14 and the other will be 3. We are so excited!!!!

Thanks for the input! It wasn't difficult finding a good spot for the 2nd parade after the dessert party, was it?

No, it wasn't hard at all. However, we were surprised it didn't seem as busy as usual.

And the name if of thread is . . . .

I don't think you'll have a problem finding a spot for the 2nd parade. We were just in Magic Kingdom for President's Day weekend, and even with it being one of the busiest weekends of the year the 11:00 parade was still late enough that it was pretty empty by that point. We snagged spots back in Liberty Square literally about 5 minutes before it started and had no one in front of us or anything.

Yeah. I think we might have talked many pages ago. I think we are both celebrating our anniversaries?

Oh yeah, I guess we did. LOL! My memory just isn't what it used to be these days. I've read so many different threads and posted some additional questions in others that I just can't seem to keep things straight.

WOW - no one got in front of you - that is wonderful. Too often we have had folks poke and shimmey and get right in front of us - now if it is children I have no problem, but when adults blocked our granddaughter who had been patiently waiting for the Electrical Parade that was a problem. She was/is small enough to sit on her Dad's shoulders but then WE would have blocked someone.

I am jumping on board waiting for April, too! We'll be at WDW from 4/13 - 4/19. Did the Dessert Party in 2011 and loved it! Looking forward to it again.

...waiting patiently (well, maybe not so patiently!)

They say patience is a virtue... It's in short supply around here. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
