So how's this for planning .... I can't book my Nov 2013 DVC stay for another couple of months so I think what I'll do is book a Universal stay for Oct 2014! :rotfl2:

All this talk about US is starting to get to me, I want to stay there at PB and now I read you can get AP's and make monthly payments? ! OH Dear I might be in big trouble if I go to US site.

I went back 3 pages but not sure if I can catch up you all sure are chatty and all this talk about drinking I wish I could still partake but I will just have to live vicariously through everyone else.

We are having freezing rain instead of snow this am, I could care less since I already cancelled my Dr Appt for Tues.

Been looking at every Poly pic I can find, Keep going back and forth as to request Fiji Luau Cove or Marina side. :confused3

Need coffee BBL :)

My Pinterest is here. Ladies who don't have Pinterest, I'm pretty sure you can still view all of my pins even without an account. :goodvibes

It came today. ;) Lily is enjoying a strawberry grape smoothie in her chair as I type! Now I don't feel guilty about her having a "treat." She calls them "bees" as in short for boo bies lol. I have to separate the words because the DIS seems to think it's a no-no. :confused3

I got miss priss a few swimsuits from the Disney Store and I can't believe how small they are cut. She wears size 18 months right now. I bought her suits in a 2/3 and they are fitting her perfectly for fight now with a little spare room. They will work for summer, but I intended them for our cruise in late October. Definitely not going to cut it! She will need a size 4. That is just hogwash!

I wish I had the motivation I did before having Lily. Well actually that's not true. After getting hit by the cars I stopped working out. My body just hurts too much. Then add in the weight gain my body is a mess. That's why I'm determined to get myself healthy, and the kids as well.

I wish the shirt still fit Danimal. The shirts are cut so much smaller than they used to be. He wears a size 10/12 or large shirt from any other store. He can't wear shirts from the Disney Store. I remember when he was a wee tot they were cut HUGE. He needed an XXS for the LONGEST time.

That is a hilarious depiction. I can just see it! :rotfl2:

My parents don't like anything too creative, but if they want to eat then they will accept what I make. :rotfl:

Dani I have been on the fence for sometime now about starting a Pinterest account, curiosity to see all the good recipes your posting pushed me over the edge :thumbsup2

Happy Sunday Morning RC'ers!!! :goodvibes

We are in the midst of collecting more snow today here in NH. Looks beautiful, but it's the heavy, wet stuff so I'm hoping we don't lose power today. :upsidedow

The girls both seem to have come down with colds
I have medicated them both and they are laying on the couch watching Phinneaus and Ferb...hoping a day of relaxation gets them back to 100%

While they were both sick alot in the first year of their lives, they very rarely get sick now, so I really feel bad for them right now. :sad2:

53 more days until we get to our happy place!!!! :woohoo:

Dancin for 53 days! :dance3::yay::yay::yay::dance3:

Sheila and Linda glad to see you join us on the dark side (insert evil laugh here) :cool2: Pinterest is a LOT of fun. I find so much useful info there!

Candace :cool1: You must be getting so excited. :hyper:

Lily happily gulped down her green smoothie for breakfast today! Daniel wouldn't touch it because of the color. I'm going to have to make him one with berries to hide the color. ;)

I am anxiously waiting to see the new RCCL ships and their itineraries. Rumor has it they will sail out of NJ, which would be super cool because I would save so much on airfare.

I stayed up late last night trying to figure out pinterest. You may notice that I've started to repin lots of your stuff! :thumbsup2 Question for you: what model Vitamix did you get and where did you purchase it?

So nice to sail out of somewhere that you don't have to fly to! Could be why I'm thinking about Alaska! :rotfl2:

I bought the 7500. It is the newer model. I like that it is a 64 oz container and still able to fit under the countertop. I bought it direct from the website. If you use Lea Ann's code you get free shipping. There's going to be a demo at my Costco this week and I think I'm going to go check it out. Even though I've seen them countless times, it's a great way to pick up some tips. If you look on the VM website they will tell you if there's going to be a demo near you soon.

You'd be interested in cruising to Alaska? My dad always talks about it, but I have no interest. If I'm going to be on a boat I want to be in the warm sunshine. And did you see titanic by chance? There's a lot of ice in Alaska. Just saying. :rotfl:

I've been hiding all day for a good reason, well besides my parents stopping in for a surprise visit.

Last night I decided to start a blog, I always find venting/sharing/etc very therapeutic and since I have been cooking so much I figured I could share that as well.

It is very much a work in progress and VERY much a secret, no one knows, not even DH, so you, my RC family, is the very first to know!

I will post the link once I get it to where I am ready to share it :hyper:

Thar she blows...

Cheers, my pals. :goodvibes

Love your glass! We are fond of New Belgium products, too. Can't beat a Ranger IPA! :thumbsup2

I so enjoy watching travel shows, when they feature Alaska cruises the scenery always looks so amazing!:thumbsup2

What a great idea! We're here when you're ready. :flower3:

All this talk of cooking has been inspiring. Tomorrow is cook day. I need to do a roast and make some meatballs. Having some meals ready to go in the freezer is such a time saver.
Have a nice rest of your Sunday, RC friends! :grouphug:

Thank you Ginny! I feel good about this!

Here is my start....it is still a work in progress and I am awaiting permission from the cookbook author to post some of her recipes, but I think I have a good start.

I would choose the marina side. I've heard that Luau Cove can be quite noisy during shows.

I really hope they use NJ as the home port. It would be awesome. NCL is the only line using us as a home port for a brand new ship. I don't like old ships. I'm somewhat of a snob that way. :snooty:

Thank you Ginny! I feel good about this!

I bookmarked your blog and will have to go back to read it later. I went Gluten free for about a month some time back to see if that was what was causing my stomach issues. I think your blog will be very usefull for Many :thumbsup2

Dani I am starting to think the Marina Side is the way to go. We are requesting 1st Floor this trip as Bob has restless leg syndrome and that was he can go out and take a walk if he wants instead of just going out on the balcony. I just emailed him the pic a DISer posted on the Poly thread of Fuji Marina side.

I am slowly figuring out Pinterest :)

It's tropicaltraditions.com. You can get a gallon for only $44 since there's no shipping right now. I am considering going that route since it is most cost effective. I read from others that bought it that you can just melt it and divide it amongst mason jars to make it easier to use. If storage space isn't an issue the gallon is definitely cheapest.

I used some oil and chia seeds in our smoothies this morning. I am FULL! It's been over 2 hours and I am still very satisfied from breakfast so I will be skipping my snack. I usually have a hard boiled egg or a handful of almonds but I think I'm going to take a nap instead!

Marina side is lovely. I think you will enjoy it. Every time I walk back from the boat dock I'm always envious of the people heading to Fiji lol. It's so close!

Good morning, ladies. :goodvibes

How's everyone's Monday so far? :grouphug:

Dani: Is this cruising going to become a habit? popcorn:: Ya gonna share a TR with us, right, right?! :lmao: about your parents being tired of the Vitamix already. Better put a tracking device on it in case they hide it from you. :rotfl2:

Wookie:  How'd the rest of the weekend go... did you get to take him to a movie? Poor kid. I love the San Antonio idea. Only been once but I had a great time walking around. :goodvibes

Candace: Woooooooooooooo for the countdown. How're the kiddos doing this morning? Better I hope?

Ginny: You know... looking at the quoted picture of my Happy Hour drink and you mentioning the brewery reminds me to "Never Drink and Internet" :rotfl2: I posted the same glass two nights in a row. :rotfl: Here was the appropriate glass:

Melissa: Checked out your blog last night! :goodvibes Loving all the pics... especially the one of DS looking out the window. It's shaping up quite nicely. Many moons ago I used to write about random what-nots when we were overseas but then found myself at a loss for something to write about.

~~----------------------~~

Off to the store!

Happy happy birthday sis!!!!!!!!!!!!:grouphug:
I know you hate your birthday, but I love you and am very thankful you are in my life
