***Official November 2013***

mypoints.com. It's one of those sites where you shop at retailers through them to earn points. And reading emails and answering surveys too, I just seem to get the most points shopping.

OMG I forgot all about mypoints.com! I just tried logging in because I have an account. No points left. But have earned over 31,000 points since joining in 1999. :D Doesnt help me now. LOL

As far as shopkicks. Do you know I am actually considering another phone? I have had a blackberry for forever. I NEED a qwerty keyboard and will not get an iphone. I need a a new phone and have put it off because its near impossible to find a smart phone with manual keyboard. Was waiting for the new BB to be released. (supposed to be today)
but now to participate in these reward programs (like shopkicks) I'm actually considering getting one of those dang phones. LOL

Anything to save money for Disney!! yes a little overboard. But arent we all? :hyper:

For the WBC-ers there is a thread here
http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?p=47357281&posted=1#post47357281
about leaving nonperishables behind for the next person. I know we're flying down (we always drive to vacations) and will end up picking up alot of stuff (reason we always drive) some that we just wont have room to bring home. From reading this thread I guess there's pool toys, hibachi grills, bags of chips, etc.

I'd definitely be interested in participating.

I TOTALLY understand. I had a hard time losing my keyboard, but I have to tell you....I wouldn't give up my iPhone now. (and I was a droid user for years, and I had the droid pro (with keyboard - they no longer make it) Once you realize how fast and easy an iPhone is, you will LOVE it like I do.

I text. ALOT. I've used DH's iphone and it takes me FORever to type a message. With my keyboard I can flp that thing right out. Going to take alot of getting used to.

Oh hey I was looking thru pinterest and came across something that says Home Depot no longer carries Disney paint therefore they no longer have the Mickey paint chips??? We're Lowe's shoppers but I planned on making a trip to HD this weekend just for these paint chips. :(

I give it a week for you to figure out how to hold the phone beat for you to text. You will get the hang of it. Go get you a new phone and come into 2013. Lol

I tried using my SILs iPad and was not a fan of typing on the screen. Drove me crazy.

This mentions the paint chips being gone. I read awhile back about it and I am not surprised.
I definitely want to get the Mickey cartridge for the cricut so I can cut my own Mickey heads out :goodvibes

A lot of these things I knew, but I didn't know about the paintbrushes. TFS!!

Is there any indication of the Christmas Party dates yet? I talked to two different cast members and one said maybe we'd know in July and the other one said maybe May.

Hello, been a long time since I first posted! getting antsy to really start planning our trip....180 day mark can't come soon enough!
happy we have a couple DLR trips in March so we get a disney fix :thumbsup2

been looking over ADR options and know we want to do/see all the holiday parties and resort decorations!

I've looked at average temps online, but would love to hear real live experience too... Do you think it will be warm enough in Nov to swim?

I hope MVMCP is around May again this year. It seems like the dates have been announced and tickets on sale for the last few years at the beginning of May. I would probably go crazy if we have to wait until July! Haha!!

I'm so ready to get my ADRs made.....

From what I can tell, all the hotel swimming pools are heated.. You might freeze going to and coming from the pool, but the pool will be nice a warm..:fish:

I too am very anxious to make ADRs. We are going with a big group and I am in charge of all ADRs, so I have a LOT to make.

We went 4 times in early November and once the first two weeks of December. We swam every time. There are some cooler days, but plenty of warm ones too. Or at least there has been in the past. Weather does have a tenancy of being unpredictable. :thumbsup2

We just went in Jan this year and last year too, and were able to swim on both trips. So I am planning on swimming in late Nov/early Dec. in fact we are hoping to go to both TL and/or BB, since they are free with our PAP. Afternoon should be just fine.

However, a cold streak could come through and change our plans so we will just pay attention to weather reports.

But definitely bring your swimsuits and coverups!
