I am slowly losing with Weight Watchers. Last year I let go of 15 lbs. Planning on releasing more again this year. I decided I would stay on program until I make lifetime--no matter how long it takesI still have baby weight from my December 2010 baby to lose
I am restarting weight watchers, and doing Jillian Michaels routines mixed in with running.
Tracking seems to really help me. I like the WW app on my phone so I can keep track just about anywhere--except on a cruise I bought a set of "thinware" to help with portion control. Amazing how the size of a deck of cards, tennis ball, etc. seem to grow as the weeks progress!!We are back on weight watchers too. I need to drop 15+ pounds that I put on last year. I lost a lot of weight in 2011 due to health issues and last year I got my taste buds back, so you know what happened. I ate everything in sight. I would love to get back to the weight I had lost, but this time on my own terms and not meds.
