Kathy, In spite of your little unfortunate incident at CSR with Pop Warner I did it...
Did what you may ask?
I went online and booked my trip for 11/29/13- 12/06/13 at CSR. 
We ended up going business class which is CSR's version of club level (now being offered starting 1/2013). We did it because after looking at hundreds of resort pictures and also having briefly walked the property area last year around the Dig Site, we like the Cabana area the best. The club level is located in Cabana 9b, and from what we have read looks to be a very good location. I appreciate all your help and since this resort comes highly recommended from you, I'm sure we can't go wrong.
P.S. During my Internet surfing about CSR and looking at the unofficial website for CSR, I found a post of yours on the CSR forum showing you with your two children back in 2000. Very cute.
Bob, I'm so glad youa re going to finally give it a try. I just hope that you enjoy it half as much as we always have (well, with the exception of the brats of Pop Warner this month). That was the last time, 2000, when both our boys traveled with us together.
I'm back on the boards finally, its been a while!! I have been working so much on a computer that I never get on after work (besides facebook
). Looks like a great start to the trip and I am glad Disney responded to your complaint, that would have really irritated me at the resort!!

It was an annoyance at the resort, but we did not let it spoil our trip (just wish we had gotten a little more sleep).

Because of the Christmas holidays, I'm just now getting around to catching up. The decorations at the resorts and around Disney are gorgeous! I so want to go back during that time of year.
I'm sorry to hear that the Pop Warner group was causing such a ruckus and right outside your room. Too bad the CMs didn't respond while you were there. At least you can feel better that Disney acknowledged your complaint and threw in a credit to boot.
Hi, Lisa. I fell behind with the holidays too...no worries. The resorts were stunning.
The Pop Warner kids AND adults were awful; I will never again stay anywhere that they might possibly be.
I am glad Disney responded to your complaint. Which reminds me, did they ever do anything about the OKW check in fiasco? I seem to recall them telling you they were going to take care of you next time?
Fun Christmas pictures, it looks like you had a lot of fun. I am dreading going to work tomorrow even though it is only for 2 days. Today was spent just recovering.
Cynthia, nothing was done about the OKW fiasco (unless they are waiting to see if we will be back there when we go in August). I really didn't think that would pan out.
Work is busy because I'm covering for two other secretaries, but it is "slow busy" if you know what I mean. Plus I'm anxious for Saturday to get here so we can go see the kids.
I am finally catching up on the boards after so much holiday craziness the last couple of weeks.
So glad the surprise went well and that y'all made it safely! Looks like y'all were really having a lot of fun that first night. And I'm glad y'all got to try Beaches & Cream. YUM!
Sorry about all the noise though from the pool though.
The holidays do get in the way of our DIS time.
The surprise could not have gone better. We had a great first night and we loved Beaches & Cream. The noise at the pool was the only bad part of the entire trip.
All caught up after a "too busy for anything but Christmas" break. Love all the photos that you got that night, and of course I love the hat pics.
So glad that you followed up with Disney, and that they responded to the complaint. I don't think that anyone really enjoys being at a resort with a bunch of rowdy teens.
Glad you are enjoying the hat photos; Andy encouraged a lot of them.
It was a mixture of 7 and 8 year olds, teens and parents. They really need to do something about it.

OKW is just lovely and I really enjoyed the fact that the quiet pool closest to our villa had a hot tub, thus there was little to no reason to go to the main pool, although Max might get a little bored there.
