If you are planning on running, let me know, and I'll put your name on the roster! If I miss your post, feel free to PM me. I've got finals coming up, so I'll be randomly MIA off and on for a few weeks.
I'm glad it's 90 days away! I could use even longer. My training plan just took a big hit.
I had to skip my 10K on Thanksgiving. I was in the ER Wed night and even if I had felt up to it, I'd have been running on less than 2 hrs of sleep. I have a kidney infection, so I'm on Cipro, which is making me feel terrible. I also found out that I was born with only one working kidney. My one kidney is doing fine though - it's function is within the normal range for someone with 2 working kidneys, which is why blood work had never indicated a problem. Unfortunately, the one kidney working harder to make up for the missing kidney plus the infection means my blood pressure is really high. I'm on an ACE inhibitor now too.
One of the side effects of the Cipro is tendon problems all the way up to tendon rupture, and it can happen even MONTHS after I stop taking it. I can't imagine feeling up to running at all while I'm still on the antibiotics, and even after I'm done with them, I'll have to be careful.

I didn't make it to the list either. Please add!
MoonFaerie, I'm so sorry!!!
Thanks for letting me know the new thread !
