O.M.G. That cupcake looks phenomenal!!! It has been added to the list for our upcoming trip. 11 days and counting!! I get to do online checkin TOMORROW!!!
Okay, I'm laughing at myself right now--I went back to take a closer look at your pics from the pastry case and in looking at the signs I said to myself, "what's 'kabinet wax' and why is there two trays of it?" Um, yeah, the little sheets they use to pick up the pastires, doh! I thought it was an item sign!
Heres probably the perfect place to admit that we did not return to Sunshine Seasons the remainder of our trip. Therefore, for #9 of Jabeads List of 18 for which she was trying to get me to expand my horizons
9) Try the blueberry croissant bread pudding at Sunshine Seasons - I failed this task. It is still on my one day list but it would call for us getting our hineys to Epcot before breakfast service ends. Thats a challenge when I travel with certain individuals who prefer sleep over breakfast many times.

I'm so glad you enjoyed that cupcake! It wasn't my favorite, but it was enjoyable enough to inspire my over-the-top cupcake crawl. It didn't have a filling, but I don't think it needed one.
Ooh that is a mighty fine looking cupcake
My regret for last trip was not trying enough cupcakes! I had vowed to try the berry bread pudding in November but now I may have to have that cupcake instead! Or jeez, maybe both!

Cupcake break - yum!!! And whoopie pies, oh my, must look for those next time!

Don't feel bad. I did the same thing!!!
Ahh...such a pity you didn't get to try the croissant bread pudding, Brenda. But I understand perfectly about traveling with individuals who prefer sleep over breakfast. Because of this, and because you chose a very yummy looking cupcake rather than having a healthy banana ...
I hereby award you one bonus point, bringing your total to 24
What a great unexpected dessert and banana stop (btw, I don't consider a banana to be dessert!)!! I love coconut and pineapple so I would love to try this cupcake!
Also, good job on your running by the way!!! 5 days a week is awesome. My problem is that I'm too lazy to wake up early to run (that and my face stays red for like, 2 hours! and that would look weird at work!) and then when I get home from work it's starting to get dark! I will figure something out though. Keep up the good work. I'm currently taking a shin splints break but hope to be up and running (literall) again soon!
I don't think I would ever eat a side of spinach for breakfast. I can certainly understand why you would assume the spinach would be in the eggs. And there sure were a lot of tomatoes on those eggs. Sorry the dish didn't turn out as you'd hoped.
Brenda, I think I can give you some advice about what to order next time you breakfast at the Wave. In your buffet pictures there are "Sticky Mickey Buns." That sounds awesome and yet weird at the same time.
That cupcake looks delicious! How will I ever choose which cupcakes to eat on my next trip?! There have been too many good reviews of the cupcakes lately, and I will need to save some of my snack credits for my favorites, like the jalapeno cheese pretzel.
Yay for cupcakes!! If only I could try one of each
Those goodies look awfully yummy (although I don't like coconut or pineapple so yours would not do the trick).
I love that pineapple coconut cupcake! Three strikes for the Wave now, too bad.
I love how thorough you are with the buffet pics, Brenda. You always manage to show the entire selection.
The Wave breakfast you guys had looks delicious & everything seems like healthy choices. The more I read about the Wave the more I like!!! I would enjoy any of those 3 meals.
Mmmmmm that coconut pineapple cupcake looks like a great find!!!
For Jabeads #8 on the List of 18: Have something other than the filet at Le Cellier (Ill count it if Emily does and shares I failed; however, because I am blissfully ignorant of any other amazing entrees on the menu, I dont regret this failure! (Barb: Do I points deducted if I refuse to complete a task?)
