Tapering for a 10K on Saturday so that's it until after the race
FYI, if you have a smart phone, the lolo elliptical app and lolo exercise bike app are pretty decent workouts with 30, 45, and 60 minute options when you have a busy day and know how much time you can spare. They mix up resistance, speed and direction (on the elliptical) along with beginning, intermediate and advanced workouts. I prefer to jog outside but when I can't this helps me from getting bored on the indoor stuff.
Soooooooooooo, I haven't worked in in YEARS for various reasons. After finding this thread, I'm kind of excited to try again. How do I join this, or do I wait for November?
