October Exercise Challenge -- Let's get fit together! (34 participants so far!)

Hmmm...I thought I posted yesterday, but I don't see it. Yesterday I took a 60 minute circuit training class and today I went to spinning for 60 minutes.

Total=120/1200
 
10/4

72 minute walk

Tapering for a 10K on Saturday so that's it until after the race

Monthly total: 364/3600
 
Yesterday's classes: an hour Strong class and an hour WERQ class brings me to:

240/2000 ;)
 


30 minutes on the elliptical this morning. 205/1000 total.


FYI, if you have a smart phone, the lolo elliptical app and lolo exercise bike app are pretty decent workouts with 30, 45, and 60 minute options when you have a busy day and know how much time you can spare. They mix up resistance, speed and direction (on the elliptical) along with beginning, intermediate and advanced workouts. I prefer to jog outside but when I can't this helps me from getting bored on the indoor stuff.
 
42 minutes walking/running yesterday. So... 42/2000. I should have more later tonight after the gym!
 


130 minutes of cardio today.....

I think I'm up to 395 total.

So, hopefully all of our challengers have marked this thread to get notifications when anyone posts and it will remind everyone to check in periodically to update your minutes. :goodvibes We don't want anyone to miss the opportunity to be MAGENTA and going straight to ORANGE. LOL!! :rotfl:

I think we need a much larger roster here. I may go pester the September challengers who haven't joined us yet. The more, the merrier, right? :thumbsup2

30 minutes at curves for 235/1000. Going out of town for the weekend so will check in a Tuesday, hopefully with a lot to add. Have a good weekend everyone!

Just post here how many minutes you are going to strive to exercise in the month of October.
If you've exercised yet this month, post how many minutes you've exercised.
I will add your screen name (and your real name if you'd like) to the first post on the first page.
Then, just get moving and post here as frequently as you like, telling us how many minutes you've achieved toward your exercise goal.
I will update your information in the first post as you add minutes and post them here.
 
I went for a run/walk for 45 minutes yesterday morning since I had the day off.

I REALLY need to get a move on and start organizing and packing since we leave next weekend for Disney, but I'd rather sit here and read the Disboards!
