I think I have everyone added and updated through this post.
As for me:
I did 60 minutes elliptical this morning, plus 100 crunches and pushups on the ball this morning, bringing my total to 170/1800.
It is raining, so I'm not sure I'll have Special Olympics coaching tonight, but am hoping for that additional hour of walking.
Our YMCA is doing a walk challenge for October, so it looks like I am going to have to add some walking to my already crazy workout schedule. Hmmmm...Have to figure out when I'll do that.

Once again 40 min walk for me. So 80/1200.
I'm in for 1700 again. I didn't make it last time; we'll see about October!
Haven't cleared out last month's minutes from my exercise spreadsheet, but to make it easy--I walked a mile with the doggy this morning. Have done other stuff, too, but don't feel like thinking just this minute. I'll update later.

As for me, we had to cut Special Olympics training short tonight due to rain, so I only got in another 45 minutes. That brings me to 215.
80 minutes cardio + 60 minutes weights. 140 minutes total.
Ugh, crazy day but just did 40 on exercise bike so 105 total for me.
Started the Jeff Galloway Priness plan tonight. Walked/jogged for 20 mins in my new running shoes.
An hour Strong class yesterday and an hour WERQ class this evening bring me to:

Sorry I'm a little late to the party, but I'd like to join in again this month. I think I'm going to up mine this time and go with a goal of 800!
Did 30 minutes at curves and then a 40 minute jog so 175/1000 for the month. Kids start fall break tomorrow so here is when it gets tough.
I did the following this morning:
18 minutes elliptical
45 minutes weight training & core
32 minutes bike
Those 95 minutes bring me to 310/1800
I did 45 min walk and 25 min run/walk. I should have run more but i hate with a passion running in the rain without my music, so walking it was.
I am at 150/1200 for this month
300/1500 minutes walking and other exercise so far this month
10/3: 40 minutes on treadmill after work.
