How could I forget???

We saw Minniemum on the plane :happytv:

We walked past her boarding LAX-ATL and she said "you're Deb" and I said "Bec" and she's replied "yeah, that's right" LOL

Disers are real! :thumbsup2

Then we sat in front of them ATL-MCO

Great to meet you too Deb... Oops I mean Bec. Hope DS is feeling a little better.

DH says I've taken my disboards addiction to a whole new level now. He thinks disboards is a conspiracy and that we all book and travel en masse.

So, back today from The Fantasy, such an appropriate name :lovestruc
We didn't do any shore excursions, didn't need to :)
Loved the service, the facilities, the staff, the spaces, just loved, loved, LOVED!
DH also loved it and we did line up in the queue to book another but there was just too many people but we're definately going again :goodvibes

Have checked into Coronado Springs tonight, had dinner at Biergarten, sat with a couple of newlyweds from Long Island, really nice people!
Hotel is old but clean, having previously stayed at Hilton Bonnet Creek and on the Fantasy i'm feeling extremely spoilt and precious though :lmao:

Off to Magic Kingdom tomorrow, need to be awake in 7.5 hours to get ready to make it for rope drop ;)

Amazing trip so far!

Good to hear from you. I'm so glad you liked the Fantasy, she really is beautiful. Have fun tomorrow!

Sounds good so far!! Glad you enjoyed the Fantasy! Have fun tomorrow!

So far we've done EPCOT (briefly), Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studio's.
EPCOT, it was quite dark when we got to walk around and the fireworks were on so we took advantage and hit Soarin' :goodvibes
Magic Kingdom WOW words can not describe how unprepared we were for it, different to Disneyland, I don't have a favourite though (does that make me a Disney tragic?).
Today we hit Hollywood Studio's, started badly :worried:
Got there about 10:30, my DH now understands that you need to get there early after DS missed out on JEDI training academy, then we hit Star Tours, so hot in there and DS came out and proceeded to vomit (no magic there), then DH felt off and my tummy was a little queasy.
I actually asked them if they wanted to leave, but they both said no.
We then headed for lunch at Hollywood and Vine for the character lunch with Handy Manny and Jake the Neverland Pirate.
I really dislike their system of the customer making an ADR, giving a credit card to hold the "reservation" turning up on time then waiting behind the masses, why bother with a reservation system when the customers are being made to wait 45 minutes past their "reservation" time
DH also has been suffering gout since the cruise :headache:
And left his medication at home (no rocket scientist here :rolleyes1)
So tonight we headed off to a Dr for an appointment, $89 then medication (which he has at home) $130 for that :scratchin
Unbelievable...

:faint:

Bugger about the vomiting and the gout. Yay for $130 quick fix and being able to get back on track.

Glad you are mostly having a blast. I'm so glad you loved Magic Kingdom. It really is like picking a favourite child when trying to pick a favourite :rotfl:

::yes::

When we first got into Magic Kingdom we stood just inside the park and took it in for about 10 minutes.
I love the Halloween overlay! Everything looks amazing!

We got so much done yesterday, splash mountain 3 times, space mountain, BTMRR...we did do more but it now escapes me
MNSSHP tomorrow night! :goodvibes

:thumbsup2 Thats great that you guys enjoyed the Fantasy
I hope you all feel better soon and there medication costs are  makes yo wonder how the average American affords them
Enjoy MNSHHP we loved it!

Can you see why the DL veteran that I am is now a WDW convert?! It's Disney on steroids isn't it?!! :thumbsup2

Hey, with MNSSHP, I suggest you take a back pack in with you. Accept the little trick or treat bags they give you and, when they fill up, find a discrete spot and empty them into your back pack. Then continue trick or treating with empty bags. Repeat the process as necessary and you end up with a big loot of candy that will last for weeks! :rotfl2:

Animal Kingdom today!

So, it's 7:37am and I'm sitting here with my phone working on a budget to make a trip next year a reality :scratchin
I have become a tragic.

Crunching the numbers if we knuckle down again it is totally doable :goodvibes

DH will skip the parks most of the time, he wants to golf instead, but I am obsessed and DS is along for the ride :lmao:

We want to cruise again, stay at Hilton Bonnet Creek (unless they do a free dining plan again) then I say Disneyland on the way home...but that's just me :p

Good move to sew the seeds now. Glad you are having a great time ( despite the slight hitch)!

Glad to hear you ate having such a good time! My sympathies re DH leaving his medicate at home. My DH did the same thing last year with his arthritis meds and suffered badly just at the end of the trip.
