It is possible. Can't really tell the difference between the two.
A cockroach is typically brown, a palmetto bug is black. HTH

Wow...thanks to those who posted mini reviews! We leave in just under three weeks and we can't wait! I appreciate the feedback, especially on the bus transportation. We will have a car with us, but we have been on the fence on using the bus or using our car. Thanks again!

They can have a brown coloring as well... also a mix of black and brown. If it was anywhere the size of your pinkie finger, it was most likely a palmetto bug. We get them down here. It's not really a sign of bad conditions as they mostly stay outside and then will enter homes and the like based off of weather conditions and the like. They are something you get used to when you live in the south.
Just be glad you didn't have one fly at you....
Love reading all the reviews! We leave in 24 days for our first stay at porfq. I would love to see pictures!
We are staying at POFQ for the first time we we go on our 25th Wedding Anniversary Trip! We arrive on November 29. I am so excited about our choice after reading all the posts. We've camped at Fort Wilderness twice and stayed off-site on our honeymoon. I've always wanted to see WDW decorated for Christmas!

But how can Christmas at Disney NOT be magical?????!
Could one of the upcoming visitors to POFQ do me a favour and snap some photos of the Breakfast and Lunch menu signs in the food court? On our recent trip I got the current evening POFQ price lists, but did not get a chance to go back earlier in the day for the Breakfast/Lunch variants. Thanks.

My camera isn't the best, but I can certainly try Andre! We will be eating breakfast there and probably at least one or two lunches.
That's fine, just as long as I can read the names and prices. Even a camera phone would probably be fine.
