Bristol with ??? I don't wish her on any of them. Except may Derek to see what he could do with someone that bad.

I love Anna. Could you expand on what you mean by "keep her in her place"? I have always found her to be a delight.


Here's how I see it going down as far as partners go. Keep in mind that I don't think anyone should get to keep their old partner. Also, this is not my wish, just what I think will happen

I love Anna. Could you expand on what you mean by "keep her in her place"? I have always found her to be a delight.

It all goes back to the season when she screwed over Lacey and Mark. Lacey had started working on a dance with Mark, but when the flu knocked her out, Anna stepped in to dance with Mark. But instead of doing the dance the way Mark knew it, she can in and changed it up - to showcase HER, not Mark. And it was only the day or 2 before the show. And with that 1 dance, Mark was knocked out. He got such low judges scores.

If you follow these threads, I'm not the only one who feels that Anna plays to her strengths, not her dancers. Karina, was one as well, who for a long time many posters didn't like, because of how she made it about her and not her partner. That started to change when she danced with Ralph and really came across when she danced with JR.

I would LOVE to see Carson come back as a co-host and take Brooke's place!

Since there is no way that all of the celebs could have their original partner, I wonder if ANY of them will get to be with their original partner since that could kind of be an unfair advantage. I wonder how anyone besides Maks would work with Kirstie!

I think that must have been a season I didn't watch because none of that is ringing a bell. I am one of the people who never liked Karina. I still feel that she makes the dances about her. Felt the same way about Edyta. I worried Peta was heading down that path last season, but Len did a good job of telling her that Donald could do a lot more than she was giving him credit for and she seems to have turned it around. I think it can be hard for the female pros because a dance is supposed to highlight the female - I can see how it gets tricky trying to highlight your partner who is male in a dance that is supposed to highlight a female. I do not envy them that task.

I know people don't like Derek on here, but I really do and I honestly think he would do great things with her. He is one of a handful of pros on this show that seems to always be able to get the very best out of his partners.

I wouldn't say we don't like Derek. I actually think he is the best dance teacher & choreographer on the show. Cheryl Burke comes in a close second.

But, Derek is always given the skinny, sexy, young female with some previous dance experience. While the other dancers don't get that advantage. I've even seen Cheryl struggle with some guys that are just too hefty or too tall for her to effectively win those seasons.

Poor Tony is actually the oldest of all the dance pros. He probably has more experienced than most of them, but is always given a dud. Louie follows close behind.

I think, to be fair, the stars who previously won, should be partnered with Tony, Louis, Tristan, Val, and any of the pros who haven't won, or have even had a shot at winning in previous seasons. Let the runners up get the pros who have previously won. This way, the previous winners are fairly handicapped, while the runners up get to learn & dance with the pros that won before.

Yes that was memorable and entertaining, but I still couldn't bring myself to vote for it. DD15 said he looked like "struting peacock".
