Made our first shirts yesterday.
A couple of tips I figured out. It's really hard to get in the folds of the small shirts, I banded them to tight. Use Saran wrap, not grocery bags to wrap them. Grocery bag ink will run. I panicked after 7 hours when it looked like the whole bottom (back) of the shirts were solid Blue. Went ahead and pulled them, rinsed and washed them. Just when I was about to go to bed.
Here's how they turned out
I was pleased with how well the heads shaped up. Here's what I did.
Thanks for showing us how to do this. Now to put our transfer in the middle of the head.

I was pleased with how well the heads shaped up. Here's what I did.
- Used Upholstery thread for basting
- Made another wrap of doubled thread to really cinch down the head
- Wrapped "neck" in (2) 3-1/2" 64 lb rubber bands.
- Hooked rubber bands over door knob to pull them and stretch them down tight
- Cut small hole in sandwich bag and slipped it over head
- Rubber band around hole of sandwich bag to prevent leaks
