Hi Girls,
Good for you, Minnie, working out on a Saturday. I really like how the tapes are 30 minutes, too. Like you said, a decent workout and done before you know it.
Well, all day I wanted to get out and run and I never did. It was just one thing after another today. Hoping tomorrow I can. I think it gets cold again next week here and I really have to get off my but and get out there. I really like it once I get going. Its the whole procrastination thing....

I hope that you got going. The hardest step is always the first one out the door! Tommorow - I'll quit procrastinating!
It's 12 mini-eggs in a serving Minnie! (I love them too). Tomorrow will be better Gretta. You can do 2 workouts to make up for today. Just kidding!
Second attempt a workout 4 today. Better today, but still tough. Only wimped out on one exercise today. A Cardio 1 tomorrow, then start week 4 on Monday.
On the WW front, not doing too well on the points this week. Hoping I don't end up with a negative balance for the week.
So how many servings should one have in a day?:good vibes

Well, week 3 is complete. Today I upped the ante on Cardio 1 by not taking any breaks. While Jillian was talking I would start the next exercise. Week 4 and then phase 1 is complete!
Clap, clap, clap on finishing week 3! Woo hoo upping the cardio too!

So, I felt pretty lousy from all those darn eggs. The kids really ought to hurry up and eat them, or hide them, or something. I just can't keep out of them!
First time with workout 3. I love the change in the workouts. I will feel it in the arms I'm sure! I really am liking this program. I need to work on balance and flexibility.
Have a good one ladies. Off to goof with the kids until they go to track practice. It's been awesome having them home for a four day weekend! Everyone is well rested, well fed, happy and relaxed!
