I am SO glad that you mentioned brunch at Crystal Palace. For some reason I had it stuck in my head that we should do our couple of breakfast ADR's super early - I had us at Chef Mickey's at 7:30 am on our last day! After I saw the magic word, brunch, I rethought my plan and was able to snag an 11:20 am ressie for CM, which is much more reasonable (considering it would be our check out day, there is just too much to do in the morning to add an ADR into the mix at the crack of dawn)! So..thank you for planning a brunch for your family and inadvertently saving the last day of my vacation! lol
Anyway, I love your plans..detailed enough to keep everyone on track, but loose enough that you don't have every second of every day planned - gives your family more time to stop and smell the roses, people watch, etc I also lovelovelove the walking over to Epcot. I am dying to stay at an Epcot area resort at some point, just for that very reason! Seems so easy to just stroll over vs wait on buses (we fly and don't rent a car) or in your case drive and deal with parking..it just starts your entire day off with a more relaxed and less rushed feeling!
