*NEW Maclaren Triumph Stroller Swap*

Just wanted to let everyone know that I got the stroller. Everything looks good except for a little wearing on the handles. We are headed to Magic Kingdom for 4th of July fireworks!!!

i know i'm a month out but i have tried contacting the swapper after me and kgle and no one is getting back to me. i have been in contact with the swapper before me but that's it. any suggestions as what to do?

Well, kgle never replied to my pm's or emails as I got closer. I think she is just kinda done with the swap since her trip ended 2 months ago.

If I was you I would just keep trying to contact the person after you via PM and email. Or you could PM the person after them and see if they have been in contact with the person in between you. If all else fails, try to connect with the person after the person after you. (Did that make sense??) You don't want the stroller to go missing after you leave. Better to have Disney hold it for a week than lose it. HTH!

I have tried to contact kgle as well with no luck.

I directly contacted the swappers on the list before and after me and found out GOTTALUVMICKEY had to cancel her trip for September 13- 19, so it looks like those dates are open (GOTTALUVMICKEY-please post to correct me if I'm wrong).

Any idea how we can do updates to the master list???

If you want to make updates to the master list, I would think you'd have to redo the list, so that you can edit it. I can't see any way to edit someone else's post.

Maybe someone that is using it later on wants to organize it for now?

If someone else does, can you put me on for 12/6-12/12 at AKV?

Someone can just re start a master list from here on out, if they want to take it over. I know that ChrisR has it now, I will be getting it from him on July 11th-18th, then goosedwn has it after me, from July 20th until??????

Thanks for taking this on, as you get closer to your trip, I'll try to help out. My dad is having some major surgery right after we get back, and will have to have a lot of care afterwards, so I can't really commit for a while, but I'll try to help when I can by posting to pm you with info. I think it is helpful for a least one other person to have the info outside of the current swappers to try to help track it down if misplaced. If everyone can help by posting when they get back to let us know it is still going, that will help!

I have tried contacting HJENTINA as they are the swapper after me and heard nothing back! I have been in contact with the swapper after them though just in case. What do we do if I don't hear from them - do we try and fill the slot? I will just make plans with PHOTOLOVER and if anyone pops up in between us we'll just fill them in I guess

My suggestion is to keep in contact with the person after her (him?) and make sure you guys are on the same page. Check the missing person's personal page daily to see if they are still on the boards. Flood the inbox, and post messages here. If they are interested, they will eventually make contact. If you haven't heard before you leave, just leave it at the resort of the person following, and if they want it, they can get it there!

I am thinking it would be best to start a new thread for the swap since our updated list is now buried many pages back into the thread. I've asked the mods if we can shut down this thread and I'm waiting to hear back from them.
